“Our two kids and I loved staying at Artemis! Amazing animals, a friendly horse intro, hikes, swings and hammock for kids and adults. It had all the amenities, more than we needed! Will be back.”
“Our 1st camping trip with our 5 year old. We had a blast. Our kiddo was occupied the entire time, exploring nature, cooking marshmallows and helping to gather sticks for the fire. A child's paradise.
The hosts were very kind and provided a lot of amenities, way more than we needed. Summer nights are cold. We didn't use the heating stove inside but were perfectly fine with our sleeping bags and blanket provided. The town, beach, boardwalk so close by! We love seeing the stars at night, waking up to the birds and immersing in nature away from the city life. We'd love to come back in the Fall and hike around the area! Thank you!”
“Magical place, close to civilization but alone in the forest. Amazing!
We didn t read the description very well and were expecting something slightly different, but it ended up being an incredible inmersive experience in nature with comfort.”
“Site was good, very rustic. Missing some essential items for camping such as a lighter or matches, pots and pans for cooking. Bathroom was… interesting… toilet seats broken and toilet paper thin, frequent mountain bikers passing by. The solar shower is surrounded by overgrown weeds. We used the water spigot to shower off. Lots and lots of poison oak in the area, which the host does warn you about. Bed was moderately comfortable. Lots of bugs around the area. Didn’t see any of their animals. Overall, good site for camping but not sure I would call it glamping.”
“Daisy was extremely communicative. The campsite was perfect because there was something for everyone. I don't sleep on the ground, the teenagers wanted to sleep under the stars and the preteen gets bored easily unless there are animals. Lots of land to explore outside of the relaxing campsite. We'll definitely go back!”
