“Our first TentRR experience could not have been any better. Booking was easy, and so was communication with the owner - Tom. The location is amazing and private. We really did not need to see another person if we did not want to. I thought Tom and Barb went above and beyond with all of the things they included at the site. My husband and daughter especially loved the tubes, as they rode down the creek 3 times in a row. Although we could have hiked directly to Worlds End State Park via the trail on our site, we did take the 5 minute drive to the trails there. Our dogs do require leashes, but there was plenty of area to hike with them and even brought them down to the creek. The pond made for a nice camp side view. We will definitely be back!”
“Had a great time in Forksville. The site is a fantastic setup with everything you need for a relaxing camping trip. The state parks are right next door with tons of great hiking and we spent most of the day simply hanging around the loyalsock river which borders the property. Would definitely used the inter tubes provided for swimming if it was warmer. It Is so quiet at night you can hear the river running. It happened to be a clear night when we stayed and took the very short walk to an open field away from the campfire and the star gazing is breathtaking. Simply breathtaking. Barb and Tom keep in touch the whole time leading up to and throughout the trip to make sure you are enjoying yourself. Highly recommend.”
“Excellent sight, well laid out, with all the amenities. Plenty of firewood, beautiful views with the sound of the Loyalsock right nearby. Tom and Barb were great hosts with excellent communication throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your wonderful site with us! P.S. It is also a stargazers paradise!”
“This was my very first time camping. It was amazing! Our campkeeper was very friendly and made the check in process easy. Our site was well stocked with everything we could have needed. It was a great secluded sight which allowed our dogs to have freedom. It was super relaxing and a great location surrounded by state land. I will be recommending this sight to anyone who enjoys camping. I also can't wait to return.”
“Had a fantastic time at Hickory Grove Pond. Wonderful location; secluded but close enough to walk to the general store in town. Dogs could be off leash the entire camping trip. Great hiking, swimming in Loyalsock creek, and relaxing around the campfire. Campsite was stocked with just about everything we needed. Tom is a great host and greeted us upon arrival with fresh eggs!
