Randall & Cynthia's campsite is incredible - in addition to the expected Tentrr amenities, they've set up an outhouse for the camp toilet with a running water sink, a shower with hot water heater plus a backup sun-heated camp shower, a canopy over the picnic table, and a patio table & chair set with a fire pit next to the waterfall. Randall came by to check on us shortly after we arrived and to see if we needed anything else. The farm-raised grass-fed beef patties are well worth the add-on price; the burgers were much better than what we bought at the supermarket. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

How lucky we were that my wife's first camping experience was Paradise Falls. She is in love with camping now, although It POURED both days. Not ALL day, but all night. I was still able to cook dinner outside, eat, and play backgammon because of the pop-up gazebo canopy that Randy added to Tentrr basic installation. After coming home, we realized that they are the only ones, well maybe not the only ones, but we can't find another Tentrr that has the canopy over the picnic table provided by Tentrr. In addition, Randy (owner) installed a flagstone patio floor outside the tent that was under the table which was covered by the canopy. If you've ever been camping in a torrential downpour, imagine that you had a canopy and patio floor so you didn't have to deal with mud. WE STAYED DRY. If not for the canopy and flagstone patio, we would have been in the motel down the road. Now for the site itself. Driving 1.9 miles into the woods when we left 97 (NO CELL SERVICE...NO CELL SERVICE...), it was perfect. Dirt road with only a few houses and then, when you make your left at the T sign, you see the tent and pop-up in front of the gorgeous view of the stream and waterfall. It was so picturesque that my wife fell in love with camping. The "outhouse" was more like an outdoor bathroom. They replaced the tent style outhouse with a wooden structure. It was roomy and comfortable. The upgrades that Randy made were the difference. At night you could hear the soothing sound of the waterfall and water rushing due to the rain. When we went to sleep, the rain on the top of the tent was so loud I thought the tent was coming down, but not a drop or water got in or any shimmy to the tent. That's were Tentrr made the difference. When we got there, the tent is already for you and it was a very high quality tent that was extremely strong. There is NO ONE around. It's all yours. Other reviews talk about trouble finding it and they must be from Mars. I guess they weren't smart enough to print out the directions. You're going into nowhere so print the directions!! Let Randy know your ETA and he'll meet you. Once you turn off RT 97, you're on your own. Look for the sign that just has the letter T on it. The first one let's you know that you're on the right track; the 2nd T is where you make your left turn. Bouchoux Brook Rd, which is the road you take off RT 97 (regardless of what Google says), is a windy dirt road that gets narrow (1 car narrow) at a few spots, but any average car will have no problem. There is a sign at Bouchoux Brook Rd that says French Woods Festival. Take it slow and back your car up RIGHT TO THE TENT! We have already reserved 3 more '2 nighters' this summer because we had an incredible time despite the rain. FREE PROPANE and all the FREE WOOD that you need. Did I mention the 2nd patio down by the waterfall with another table/chairs and a 2nd fire pit? We came prepared for bugs, but there were none. If you are reading this review, stay at Paradise Falls or don't waste your time reading reviews. The only thing that could be better would be if there was wood at the 2nd firepit instead of having to carry it all down and a shower. Randy says that they are building a shower attached to the outhouse because he already has running water from the stream(pump). Thank you Randy! Your efforts are very appreciated by this happy husband. My 5 star hotel wife now loves camping.

We had such a lovely time at this site! It is beautifully maintained with so many amenities such as a grill, running water, an outhouse, a covering over the picnic table, and even a lovely bluestone patio outside the tent. The creek and falls are the most magical part of this quiet and private place. Randall has done an incredible job maintaining and stocking this site. If you are around on the weekend, he sells his beef at the farmers market and it’s outstanding to cook on the grill. I loved it here so much and there’s so much to explore in the area.

This site has even more than it boasts. The main site is nice and clean. The sitting area is excellent and they provide a 5 gallon insulated jug of potable water. They also provide things like mitts for the grill, spatula and tongs, salt and pepper, even a bit of paper towels. There are chairs inside and outside the tent as well as an extra camping chair that folds. If anyone is worried, the memory foam mattress is encased in plastic and they put a Terry like sheet over that. They provide a few board games and books in the room, a couple of battery lights and string lights for the room as well as a good powerful lantern. There are also tiki lights outside the house. The lower area of the site isn't well described because it alone makes booking worth it. Down by the waterfalls there is a beautiful sitting area with table and chairs and another fire pit. The waterfall is amazingly beautiful. There is also a smaller waterfall up the river right off the site. The sink with water that's attached to the bathroom area is not potable water but straight from the river and pumped. Still good was washing off hands after going to the bathroom! And since a big jug of potable water is provided, there is zero issue. The bathroom is clean for what it is. It is a 5 gal bucket with loo liner bags that you would tie up and toss into the trash outside the bathroom. They provide Lysol and everything you need including soap and a bottle of hand sanitizer. They also provide towels in a bin under the bed and extra batteries for the lights. Was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

The most magical camping location we have ever stayed, hands down. Having the falls all to ourselves was spectacular. Randall was a wonderful host, and he has added so much to make the campsite border on glamping. We will absolutely be back!
