“Absolutely beautiful location on the Delaware river, and not far from town if supplies are needed. Hall, the host, was quick with response’s and had the site setup perfectly for my wife and I on arrival. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to visit again in the future.”
“Great site! The host had plates, cups, utensils and cookware for us. The bed was also made with sheets. Directions given by host were very easy.
There were 2 of us plus the dog and we had loads of room to explore alone or be together. My partner fishes, so he was waist deep in the river most of the time. I enjoyed the view from the tent deck in the shade with a beverage and a book. Lots of rafters on the river. Great little getaway to unplug and recharge.”
“We had a great time at Sunrise camping site. The place has literally everything you need. It exceeded our expectations. The host was waiting for us when we arrived, he explained everything to us, our bed was ready with bedding on it, he also provided dish ware, water gallon, swimming tubes, the fire pit was ready to start. You basically only need food if you planing to grill, swimwear, water shoes are a must, bug spray and fire starter. The tent is waterproof and they have heater inside. I will definitely return.”
“Was originally supposed to stay at “Sunrise” but they double booked so they put us at “Canal” which was awesome (and let us rent the propane grill for free even though we didn’t use it, it was nice to have as an option!
The path down to the river from Canal is steep so wear good shoes! The fire pit and string lights were cute.”
“I absolutely loved this place!
Right on the river!
No Internet -digital detox!!!(If you really need it -10 minutes drive sill bring you in the signal zone).
Electricity!!!
Even coffe machine!
The mattress us better, than inflatable!
Quiet, isolated, well-maintained.
And again -a beautiful Delaware river, which takes away all your troubles.
Will be back!!!
Thank you, Hall!!!”
