“great site! went there with for nice getaway with my girlfriend and it was incredible! Only about 1.5 hours from NYC. water socks are a must if you want to go in the river. you can hear the cars on the road but after sunset it's really quiet. bring bug spray.”
“Great idea, but poorly executed. The tent had no floor, just a canopy on the wood deck, which had 1/4 inch spaces between the wood, so the bugs come right up into the tent. The tent was full of bugs. Why not have a full tent w a bottom so you can seal the bugs out?? Otherwise would've been very nice.”
“Stayed here with my husband and two young daughters. We all had a great time. I loved the location. Beautiful views of the river. Tree canopy was nice. You could hear the cars on the main road and the road was busier than I thought it would be, but it soon became background noise. The girls loved sitting by the river and waving to the rafters. We had a great weather day. The heavy rain started overnight but not a drop made it into the tent.”
