“Our second time staying here and once again we are so impressed. If you stay here, GET THE BREAKFAST. OMG it is amazing. In addition to all the stuff mentioned in my earlier review, I want to note that the tent is large enough for a pack-n-play, the wood burning stove kept the tent warm all night and into the morning (it was 34 degrees out that night!) and there is more than enough FREE fire wood for us to have a fire in the fire pit near the tents, a bonfire in the field, and the wood burning stove going for 2 nights. A lot of other tentrr sites charge for wood. Not here! They have kids camping chairs, they gave us little goody bags for the kids with crayons and mini flash lights etc. Too many complimentary extra add-on’s to include here. Just know that Ray and Vickie will take care of you. A level of hospitality that you will not typically find at Tentrr, Air bnb, etc. incredible. Can’t wait to come back again.”
“What an amazing place! The tent was warm and spacious with a queen bed and enough room for our little ones to sleep on the floor. The wood burning stove made the tent TOASTY warm. Being able to wake up and look into the woods or sit on the beautiful swing and look out over the fields, took away the worries of the world. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and gluten free! We can’t wait to come back!”
“"The Magic Glamp" couldn't be a more accurate name - just returned from the most magical weekend at Vicki and Ray's. Not only are they two of the nicest people we have ever met, but they have setup their site so thoughtfully and with such attention to detail that the experience couldn't have been better. The camp was spotlessly clean and cozy plus they were fully stocked with all of the basics you need: flashlights, grill equipment, pots/pans, coffee - you name it, they have thought of it.
The weekend was unexpectedly cold and, after we failed to get the stove going, Ray came up and helped us set up a roaring fire. They even brought extra blankets and wool socks!
Breakfast was delicious, the site is secluded and gets beautiful sunsets. We can't wait to go back!”
“Ray and Vicki were amazing hosts! We had such an amazing time at their site disconnecting from the world and just enjoying being out of the city. The stars were beautiful out there, we watched them for so long and I saw my first shooting star. The breakfast was also INCREDIBLE, and is a must have. If you don’t get the breakfast you’re missing out, it was amazing. Vicki was able to cater to my girlfriends diet and make her a celiac friendly breakfast as well as making it vegetarian, which was amazing, and I loved it as well! Thank you for the memories, we will definitely be back!”
“Words can’t describe the hospitality shown by this amazing family. The camp site was perfect, nestled in the woods, with a small foot bridge leading to a massive meadow. My kids (5yrs and 2 yrs) had so much fun on the swings! They have everything you could ever need, and If you forget to bring something I am sure they’ve got you covered! Vicki and Ray and their kids are so kind, and you can really tell they put so much thought and love into this place. Last but not least, easily the best breakfast we have EVER had was delivered to us on Sunday morning. Get the breckie basket!!! It is well worth it. The amount of love that went into this was amazing. Vicki made corn bread among other items for my daughter because we were celebrating her 5th birthday. The bread was still warm. The eggs are outrageously good and the fruit salad was just what we needed after a night of drinks and hotdogs. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful slice of heaven. Thank you Ray and Vicki!”
