“Our trip to Featherfoot farm was absolutely perfect! Emily and Dan were so helpful and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed, allowing us to use their canoes/kayaks, and letting us explore the farm and pet the baby sheep! The site was more than we could have hoped for. Tucked back in a private meadow you are totally secluded and the field lit up with fireflies each night. Walk down the path a bit and you come across a huge blueberry field, so of course we did some picking. The pond is so peaceful and calm, we spent an afternoon paddling around the loons and swimming in the warm water. Another day we took the short drive into Acadia and spent the day exploring one of my favorite places on Earth. I would 10000% recommend Featherfoot farm to anyone looking for a private Maine getaway with amazing hosts on a gorgeous property. Thank you so much Emily and Dan!”
“Featherfoot Farm was the perfect Labor Day getaway. Dan was very easy to communicate with beforehand and was extremely welcoming and hospitable. We got to the campsite after dark, but with everything set up and ready to go, we were set for a great night's sleep.
Everything we needed- from extra blankets to a splendid campfire- was supplied, but the best part of Featherfoot was the companionship of our furry friends, Mango and Chai. Two of the most loyal dogs, they stuck by our side throughout the weekend and helped us explore our beautiful surroundings (pond, apple trees, fields, etc).
