“The dome would be perfect for winter time but when we arrived at 10PM it was still 94 degrees outside and the inside of the dome was unbearable. Even with the air cooling fan we could not get it below 88. At 3 AM the solar stopped working all together and unfortunately due to my daughters asthma we had to leave. We only spent a total of 6-7 hours of what should have been a 2 night stay. The Stars were beautiful but there should definitely have been some insight about the heat especially since we came from Hawaii and had little ones. My advice is unless you’re use to the desert heat during the summer, this place isn’t for you. We didn’t ask for our money back because we understood the cancellation policy but next time I would give people who are bringing kids a heads up instead of letting them go in blinded. The dome holds in way to much heat and the floor is not insulated so the air cooler did not make a difference.”

We are very sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal stay at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. They are aware of them and moving forward with future bookings, will be more mindful of the items you mentioned.
