“Cannot recommend this site enough! The area is beautiful and the views are incredible both day and night. The tarp over the picnic area was a great addition for some shade during the day. The tent held up perfectly during some rain.
Mike was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. He was easy to reach and quick to respond to any issues. He provides you with an extra tent, extra pots, pans, lighters, playing cards, etc. which is a nice, thoughtful touch and convenient incase you forgot to pack something. We had a run in with some little critters on the first night which can be expected as you are camping and surrounded by nature. Mike was quick to make sure we felt comfortable at the site and even brought us some extra dry wood when we couldn't get a fire started with our wet wood. Overall this was a great experience and I will absolutely be back!”

“We bought a Runaway trailer from Mike and stayed overnight in it at the campsite. Mike and his associate were incredibly helpful in getting us acquainted with the trailer, as we are new to the trailer world. They spent a few hours answering our questions, and went out of their way to help us settle in at the campsite. The views from the top of the mountain are amazing, and the sunset was beautiful.”

“My husband and I stayed on this property for a camping trip after getting married. The campkeepers were kind and friendly and only difficult to get in touch with at the requested meeting place due to lack of signal. They showed us around the property, explained everything, and were very pleasant to interact with. The site itself is gorgeous and secluded. Our first night included heavy rains and high winds including tornado warnings- and we were still pretty comfortable in the tent with just minor dampness- which is impressive. The second night included lows of the season reaching around 30 degrees and with the furnace in the tent, we were comfortably toasty. Gorgeous sunsets and almost everything you could need the campkeepers already included. We brought many items that they had the courtesy to supply for usage. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back again. We recommend eating at Swing for any special occasion that is somewhat local. Due to the season we opted out of the solar shower but it looked well placed privately behind the tent and I look forward to trying it on another trip. Note that the commode could be relocated, but we really liked that it was in the tent, hygienic, and we didn't have to go into the woods. Honestly this touch was really nice. We highly recommend this site and can't wait to return! The trip was really special and you do have nice signal at the site as well. Easily could have stayed more than two nights!”
