“The host Chrissy and Adam are very easily to communicate with and they are very helpful. They provided us extra amenities that we forgot to bring with. The tent is fully equipped having portable electronic lights inside.”
“Thank you so much for letting us spend time at you’re beautiful site. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the river and to watch the waterfall from the hammock.”
“The campsite was as advertised ... right next to a stream for some fun exploring and great white noise at night. I was a little bit more aware of the access road than I like which saw 4-5 cars go by in the evening, but other than that our trip was amazing.”
“Wonderful, location is beautiful, very spacious and the sounds of churning water continued all night. Private and quiet on a dead end road, great valley. Yet minutes to civilization!!!”
“This campsite is beautiful! It is a about 50 yards from a quiet road that you would barely notice is there and 5 minutes from a small town where you can get something to eat or pick up supplies. The stream next to the site provides a soothing backdrop. The area is a bit damp so bring lots of firewood. Adam and Chrissy were great and they quickly resolved any issues that came up. I definitely recommend this site for a nice, relaxing getaway!”
“Was a nice spread out stream-side clearing. The kids enjoyed exploring it, and I enjoyed a nap in the hammock to the sounds of the stream. Close to town, but felt secluded.”
“The site was very easy to access but secluded enough to seem as if we were miles into the woods. The only sound that we could hear was the rushing of the stream and the occasional dog barking from a nearby property. The site was clean, the setup was perfect for our needs, and the property owners were very responsive to our emails. We would definitely go back.”
“Fantastic. Loved the location; campsite was very big and private even though it was only about 75 yards from the road. Beautiful creek running through the site. Very helpful binder of things to do, hikes, and directions in the tent. If it pours rain, Danny's is right down the road in Wurtsboro and is a great place for dinner.”
