“Lovely spot! Totally private and beautiful, with everything take care of. The hosts were really gracious and had great suggestions of trails and more.”
“A little slice of heaven and well equipped. Site had some delightful extras like trails on the premises and some amusing farm animals. Already talking with my kids about going back.”
“The farm and surrounding nature is beautiful! The campsite was clean and well-maintained and had everything that we, not very experienced campers, needed. The bunkbed was comfortable. Our hosts were very accommodating and I don't have a bad thing to say about the experience. I highly recommend coming here! You will not regret it!
Also the animals are great! My dog really enjoyed walking down and looking at the cows in their pasture and loved seeing goats for the first time. Really want to come back this fall and see the leaves change color ☼”
“The weather was against us but the great outdoors dont make promises. That being said Holly & Tim and their sons did their best toake our stay comfortable and brought us whatever we asked for. Holly even gave us a tour of the farm, let the kids feed the cows and the kids (and the donkey too). The grumpy Billy goat was really funny. Did I mention the water up in that mountains area is sweet? We even got to check out their new cabin it was a good sturdy structure with similar amenities to the tentrr site and offers another option for those that want or need it. The site also had a trampoline and lots of board games and lawn games to keep the kids occupied.”
“What a wonderful place! My friend and I and my two dogs had the pleasure of staying for a few days and had a blast. Holly and her family were on top of everything and very attentive/responsive/helpful. We enjoyed chatting with them and meeting all their adorable animals. The campsite is in a beautiful and secluded hilltop location that was so peaceful and relaxing. If you're thinking about booking this place I highly recommend you do it! I hope to go back sooner than later :-)”
“I camped here with my daughter for three nights and we had an amazing experience! The site was secluded and beautiful, with tons of open space and breath-taking vistas all around. We were far enough away from the main farm so that it felt completely private - absolutely no sight or sounds of anyone except us. And the owners, Tim and Holly (and their sons) were so nice and hospitable. They made us feel like family - inviting us into their home for coffee and a nice chat, and giving us a tour of their farm and animals, but they were also very respectful, giving us the time alone and space that I wanted. Whenever we texted them for anything though, they responded immediately and were more than happy to help - including hand writing us directions to a couple of local attractions, including Howe's Caverns (perfect for a rainy day), that made our trip all the more memorable. They also went continuously above and beyond, giving us a huge load of fresh vegetables and eggs, and way more firewood than we could ever use, and even offered to take us out on their four wheelers through the back trails of their gorgeous property.
The site itself was perfect. The only downside was that it might have ruined traditional camping for us forever. After something this nice, I don't know how we could go back to traditional camping, lol. Inside the tent, there were bunkbeds that had two queen-sized air mattresses that stayed perfectly inflated for our whole trip... and outside, the picnic table with overhead covering made a big difference too, as we did have rain one day.
We definitely can't wait to go back. This is a beautiful area and staying on this farm was a great experience. I highly recommend staying at this site. You'll be super glad you did and have great memories for years.”
