If you are seeking the real deal as far as camping goes - look no further! Not only is this site a vision, the care-taker Vince is an absolute dream. I've done my share of tentrr experiences, but this will by far be the most memorable to date. The site is perched beautifully on top of a hill and across the way is the most amazing view of the valley. Vince went above and beyond with amenities (kitchenware, a closed in bathroom, sun shower, toiletries, supplies - all the things) and even went out of his way to refill some items we burned through. In addition to this amazing campsite, he was gracious enough to let us hang out on his personal property and have full use of the pond. We even made a bonfire with Vince and it was everything. The town of Arkville is beautiful and if you are into fishing there is a great spot not too far from home base. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect for us. I'm honestly going to miss seeing Vince as he added a level of comfort that we weren't expecting. We can't wait to plan our next visit. Don't miss out on this camping spot - it's worth booking.

Three of us spent Labor Day Weekend at this campsite and it was amazing. Vince is super welcoming and helpful. Our car couldn't go up to the mountain so he carried all of our stuff up and provided us with an ATV to go up and down. The site is beautiful and clean. There is a fire for you to cook on. The town of Arkville and Margaretville are also very cute towns with plenty of restaurants, distilleries and trails to explore. I recommend staying here!

Beautiful mountain views and a great clean site. The Campkeeper, Vince was very helpful and communicative. There are many activities in the area, being able to come back to the site in the evening and see the stars was truly wonderful.

Vince was a wonderful host. He was there to greet us when we arrived and was very helpful throughout the weekend. The hill up to the site is pretty steep and they had a lot of rain in the week prior to our arrival so Vince offered to shuttle us and our gear up to the site on his tractor but we were able to get the car up the hill. The site itself is beautiful. The site has a huge field and a gorgeous view of the mountains which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and it rained the entire day on Saturday, but between the view and complete silence, we were really able to just relax, read, listen to music and enjoy ourselves. It never got wet inside the tent and the lanterns provided by Vince worked wonders to keep the insects away. The site, the tent and all the supplies provided were clean and in great condition. There was plenty of wood to get us through the weekend. We will definitely be back in the fall to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage in the Catskills and hopefully do some hiking while we are there. Thank you, Vince! You did a great job and your land is absolutely breathtaking!

This is the way to camp! My friend and I drove up from the city and arrived to a fully set up campsite that we had all to ourselves (we added the extras with the propane stove, plus the linens and blankets for the beds). I probably took a million photos of the mountains in the distance. From the gorgeous sunset views to the family of deer that passed quietly through the field in the morning (yes, that actually happened), our stay up in the Catskills couldn't have been more perfect. We did experience a really heavy downpour in the middle of the night, but thankfully our Tentrr tent kept us dry and warm. Vince, thank you so much for providing this awesome place to go camping. Be back soon!

The Eagle Mountain Eyrie campsite was a truly remarkable place to spend the night. My partner and I were greeted warmly by Vince who helped answer a few questions and even offered to let us use the wifi from his house if we needed. We decided to be completely off the grid. The campsite is situated on top of a hill with woods behind it and an incredible mountain view in front - complete nature seclusion. After getting settled, we went for one of the hikes Vince suggested followed by a canoe ride in the pond. I wish I could describe how peaceful, serene and tranquil this entire experience but words don't do it justice. At night, we cooked a big meal on the fire pit and read, accompanied only by the sound of nature. Not a single car honk! Tentrr really has it down and I hope this will be the first of many trips. If you are looking for total immersion in the wilderness by yourself or with a loved one, THIS IS IT!
