Max was extremely helpful and there for us when we needed him. What a fun adventure we had on a beautiful site that provides so much incredible, secluded space! The drive itself from the road to the site tells you you are heading somewhere special. There was plenty of open air for frisbee, hiking, exploring, relaxing, and cooking a wonderful meal for a big group of friends. Be sure to walk the trail behind the site along the stream, through interesting mushrooms and moss, to reach the pool near the waterfall.

One of the most memorable trips of our lives. Incredible views, ultimate privacy, clean beautiful Tentrr set-up. We walked to multiple hikes and when we wanted to chill walked 10 mins to the waterfall for a dip. Max our host was so helpful even giving us his home number for our family in case of emergencies. We cannot wait to get back!

Pictures don’t do it justice – amazing campsite with streams, swimming pools and hikes, all in walking distance. The site is private, surrounded by trees and set up with 2 separate picnic and firewood areas (one in the sun, the other in the shade). Max is an amazing host – set us up with firewood, gave us recommendations on where to fish, swim and forage for wild blueberries. One of our cars couldn’t cross the stream and he loaded all our items into his truck and brought it to the camp site. 10/10 will book again!

Campsite was everything you could imagine and more. It was quite and very tranquil. My husband were able to drive our Nissan Rogue to the camp site without any issues. The tent was wonderful and clean. There are many hiking trails behind your site about 400 meters out. There was a gorgeous fresh water stream and natural pool to swim in and the scenary was exceptional. It was chilly at night but the stove made the tent toasty warm! It did rained the next day....but we did not care cause it was still wonderful to hike and just be outside. We saw deer everywhere! Now the downfall. The fire pit was cluttered with semi- burnt trash, also I sent multiple emails requesting more fire wood and never received a response.... ever. We had to go into town to go get more. Other than two minor things this place was spectacular. Thank you for sharing with us this wonderful campsite!

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at High Peak Meadows. We were welcomed by a deer on our way to the campsite :D We really love the views around the campsite. We didn't get to do any hiking but we walked through the woods to get to the falls and it was very beautiful! The water was very cold but it was a very nice scenery, with the falls and a spot to take a dip--I think this is one of my favorite spot. We had 2 kids with us (both 8 years old) and they enjoyed their time so much while we were here! We came with two cars--a minivan and a small car (Toyota Matrix) and both cars were able to cross the creek just fine; maybe we were just lucky but we were glad they got through it so we didn't need to walk across the creek from the parking field. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we had to cut it short to only 1 night because of a family emergency. However, we still had our perfect weekend getaway, especially that we came from New York City. So this place is just the right spot to getaway from the hectic city. Max was very accommodating--our extra tent was already up when we got there and he was always quick in responding to our messages. Thank you so much, Max!

We had a fantastic time at this camping site. Very spacious, there's a field you can play bocce ball and our dog loved to run around. The access is pretty rugged so highly recommend a vehicle with some clearance and sturdy tires, like an SUV, although we had a minivan and a small subaru get through the water just fine. Great fly fishing and hikes nearby. Thanks so much!

Absolutely loved it! The campsite is beautiful, overlooking a stunning meadow. But the highlight was really Max who runs the camp. He waited for us though we were late, he helped us out with everything and brought extra firewood because he knew we'd need it. Anticipated and exceeded our expectations. He's a rockstar. This place is amazing and can't wait to come back!

Our camp keeper Max was wonderful! He came up to our site to check on us after our arrival (crossing three swollen streams!) to make sure we were all (two toddlers 5 adults) set up for a freezing night. He came through in the clutch! We had trouble setting up our extra pop-up tent and promptly brought us a new and larger one. High Peak Meadows is stunningly beautiful and we had a wonderful time listening to coyotes during a full harvest moon. We’d love to come back! Peter Zamiska New York City
