“I can't tell if this was just the site that we went to, but it wasn't very managed well to be quite honest. There's definitely potential but when we arrived there were a ton of bugs inside and spiders that made it clear the tent wasn't deep cleaned in a while. I understand that being in nature, bugs is a part of camping outside but my expectation was the tent would be a place where it would be in the least clean from the onset. Our host was kind and accommodating but at the end of it I would not recommend tentrr to my friends or family. Especially considering how we paid for this experience.”
“Great view, nice site, friendly host. Canvas tent isn't fully sealed in the back where it meets the deck it's built on so we had to sweep for bugs before bed each evening.”
“This was our first Tentrr experience and given that we knew what to expect, this site was perfect and secluded and had everything we needed and more. The photos on the listing doesn't give the site justice. The site is partially under the shade of trees which was very helpful for us since it rained 2 out of the 3 days we were there. We were able to set up a tarp over the tables and benches outside which allowed us to cook a meal with our own stove when we weren't able to build a fire due to rain. The tent looks out on to a beautiful field and mountains. When it got too hot in the middle of the day, we took a 20 minute drive out to the Delaware River for a swim. This place is perfect. Marion is helpful if you need her but we hardly needed anything more than what she already provided us. Highly recommended for a quiet escape for a few days.”
“This was a really beautiful spot. The sunset and summer fire flies were on fire. Marion was super responsive and lovely. Fresh cut wildflowers and apples were waiting for us. The creek was a trickle and the tent was a bit in the sun during the day so had to head out for relief from the heat. Found a swimming hole and lunch in Roscoe. Wonderful stay.”
