“We enjoyed our time at this camp site, even though it was extremely wet. You're surrounded by waterfalls, with plenty of things to do nearby (though bring maps, there's no signal at all). The camp contact was super responsive to all our emails prior to the trip. I expected that the tents would be a bit more cleaned up prior to our visit. And we never got our fishing poles that we paid for with the upgrade. Also, it's a good walk from where you park to the camp site, so be prepared! Thanks for having us.”
“My son and I were looking for a secluded spot to unplug and get away for the weekend.... Mongaup River Camp was just the thing! Directions to get there were accurate. We found the site yards away from a flowing stream with multiple small pools and falls. It was soothing to fall asleep to. Met Chris (CampKeeper) first day... very friendly and welcoming. Later that day we met Dennis (CampKeeper) and he was just as friendly. He gave us a great recommendation for lunch on Saturday not too far away. The shade of the area kept the temps at bay. My son and I did a bit of fishing for Brook Trout, and my son caught 3... catch and release. The platform, tent, and cooking area was just as described. We'll definitely book again...”

“We had a great time at this Tentrr location. We were given detailed info about the campsite and activities around the area. We visited during a heat wave but this location is shaded under many trees and next to the water, making it a comfortable temperature. The creek and waterfalls by the campsite was a great addition!”

“This was an amazing place to be. It’s not so easy to find (thank you again, Sommer for helping us on the phone and Chris and Jennie for hanging out and making sure we were good), so zoom out on your gps or you might miss it. The woods and falls provide you with about a 10 degree drop in temperature from outside the camp and I think it would just be amazing on a really hot day. Absolutely can’t wait to be back there.”
“Very spacious site, and great hiking with trails that start right at your tent. The site had so many essentials that you might forget, bug spray, rope, cups, candles etc. very nice that the camp-keepers leave extras to help folks out. Sommer and Chris were both super quick to respond to questions, and extremely helpful as we planned and throughout our stay. Bring water shoes to hike in the rivers. River walking here is outstanding. Thanks Sommer and Chris !”
