“Wow ! What can I say. We had the best time ever. The tent is really nice clean. Had a small toilet very tidy and clean, queen bed and a sun shower . The owner Lyn was very sweet and welcoming she communicated with us very well, showed us the site when we got lost. This is by far the best camping experience I ever had. Definitely coming back. I don’t know if i can add photos but the campsite was amazing 20minutes away from Minnewaska park and about 5 mn away from Hannah grocery store we got organic fruit and vegetables ice bags and everything needed for our stay. Thank you a million Lyn for Everything can’t wait to be back :)”
“This site is squared away! Lyn, the campkeeper, is a delight. She
welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice
little touches inside the tent, some additional rockers on site, a stack
of firewood. She made us feel welcome. The site itself is tucked into a
beautiful wooded area with flat terrain. It sounds strange to say, but
the site feels roomy -- plenty of space to walk around under a nice
canopy. It's also an easy campsite. You drive right up and everything
about the site feels simple and straightforward. Quick drive up to Lake
Minnewaska (30 minutes) and to stops in the Rondout Valley (45 minutes
to Ravenwood and Westwind Ochard) for a a delightful day out of the
city. Worth a look at the companion site on her property -- looked even
better than this one!”
