I dont even now what to say. I came up to Purling with my friend for the weekend to get away and get deep into nature. I was taken back by all the little things. Linda really cares about the site and the quality she provides for her guests. There are so many little added touches as you explore the camp ground it really makes you feel comfortable and right at home. The river at Purling waters has a beauty that you are truly submerged into. I could not get enough, I spent an entire day down at the river gawking at the stunning beauty. No joke, morning until sundown. Thank you for this, it was much needed and I feel lucky to have had this experience.

Linda and Hugh were wonderful hosts, and their campsite was great both in terms of its location and how well-appointed it is. We loved being so close to the water (and swimming hole), and appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that went into the design and layout of the whole site. We made a campfire after returning from dinner out, and wished we could sit up all night under the canopy of pine trees.

This campsite was perfection ! My family and I had A blast at this Little waterfall that is just down the stair case. Water was clear !!! At the campsite there was open space so that the pup could run around. The tents were clean and homey and there were a ton of amenities there already including chairs for all 5 of us. Also I really need to know where linda gets those lime cookies. Overall we had a blast ! thanks linda

We had an incredible time. The swimming hole was a plus. We had a thunderstorm on Saturday night which was unfortunate, but we were still able to escape into the shack and eat our meal comfortably without getting wet. Amazing amenities. Our dog had a blast, too.

Our stay at Purling Waters was our first Tentrr experience and it could not have gone better. Linda is a great host and very communicative, which was perfect for us first-timers. The campsite is lovely and secluded and literally has every amenity you could possibly want or need. As some have noted, there are homes in the proximity, but none that you can see or hear. The site itself is in a clearing in a pine forest with a separate structure for the loo (also works as a great changing room) and also an additional "cabin" which is great for storing any food or extra bags or other items. The highlight of Purling Waters is the swimming hole. It is down a some-what steep, but very well maintained path of natural and wooden stairs. Water shoes are essential for swimming as the bottom of the swimming hole is rocky and uneven. The water temperature is perfectly refreshing on a hot day. I'm not sure if the swimming hole is exclusive to Linda's property but it sure felt like it. It's a private and secluded little paradise and we didn't see any one else when we were there. Whether you are new to Tentrr or an experienced camper, Purling Waters is a great escape with a lot of thoughtful details that made our stay easy and enjoyable.

What an awesome campsite! So many amenities and the falls are so beautiful. Linda was a great campkeeper and made sure we had everything we needed. Such a beautiful area, fire pit for building campfires, an extra tent, and so much more. Thanks for a great experience!

This is a wonderful camp. Everything you could possibly need in a quiet woodland. The hosts are great and extremely helpful and easy to contact. A short walk down an amazing stair case built into the hill leads to a lovely river, waterfall and amazing swimming hole. Theres a purpose built out house and a quiet room for reading or changing or whatever you need. There are 2 hammocks set up so you can laze in the sun. We will be booking again soon as we had so much fun.
