2nd time visiting, came with friends last season and couldn't wait to return. Linda and Hugh made some beautiful additions, a very welcoming and relaxing space. Many above and beyond thoughtful amenities make this site truly unique. One of the most beautiful swimming area we've experienced in this country.

We had the best time! Everything was set up to a T when we arrived, even extra towels and blankets provided. It’s worth mentioning that this campsite is a stones throw from the campkeepers home and is essentially on their own backyard camping property. It was a bit of a surprise at first because the photos didn’t indicate this, but it actually was to our benefit as the campsite was very accessible and had everything we could’ve needed provided for us. The site is just far enough into the trees that you can’t see the house unless you’re really looking for it. We weren’t bothered by a lot of road noise but there was a neighbor on a loud lawnmower for the entire duration of our Saturday. No big deal for us just something to note if that sort of thing bothers you! 55 degrees at night felt surprisingly cold and the stove in the tent was absolutely necessary. The waterfalls and path along the water were BEAUTIFUL and such a fun place to explore. I was dying to jump in the water and swim but it was just a little too cold out. This would be a magnificent place to swim in the summer months. We weren’t bothered by ticks or mosquitoes the whole time we were there and we rarely used bug spray. Not sure if this is due to the weather being that it was the first week of October, or because of extra precautions taken by the camp keeper, but either way it was a plus! Only thing we didn’t use was the sun shower but all other tentrr equipment suited us well. Amazing overall!! Would definitely come back.

Really perfect weekend. Linda and her husband had everything set-up perfectly for our arrival ( they were out of town for the weekend) so although I did not meet them, I felt their communication was excellent! They even checked in halfway through our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, private, serene- only a bit of motorcycle and road noise but nothing too distracting. Fire Pit was awesome, bed was comfy, flowers and details were lovely. The creek was the highlight of this location, I was able to swim in mid-september, definitely bring some water shoes as it is slippery. The walk down to the creek is quite steep and may not be accessible for people with any difficulties on rough terrain (but the built in steps and railings are great). Another highlight was the big hammock! They seem to take GREAT care of this property. We enjoyed checking out a local brewery and other hiking spots in the area. Make sure to get good directions before departing (had some trouble finding it but Linda was very responsive and helpful, staying on the phone with me until I found it). Hoping to visit again during different seasons!

The site is amazing and Linda and Hugh are excellent hosts. They are accommodating and helpful and also give you the space you need to enjoy the area. I dont think you can find this level of privacy, comfort, and nature in any other Tentrr site. Highly recommended.
