“Wow! What a delightful stay -- photos can't do it justice. We watched fireflies fill the field at dusk, fell asleep to frogs, and woke up to our own private pond. Lots of farm animals to say hello to, canoes and paddleboats, and tons of songbirds in the area. Short drive to excellent state parks, grocery stores, Ommegang brewery, etc.”
“This site is so beautiful and secluded you really feel rested and refreshed here! Nadine and Roger were very welcoming to my husband and myself and were always around if we had any questions. They provided plenty of firewood at no cost and lots of land to hike and ponds to fish at with poles included. This is my first time camping and would definitely like to be back with the kids included.”
“Roger and Nadine are so wonderful! We went with a Mixed group of couples and friends, but can see how this camp would be amazing for families with young kids or Camping beginners. They gave us a quick tour while leading us to camp and provided us with the cutest map of the property! I honestly cannot say enough great things. The camp is clean, and well maintained. It’s very private and far enough away from their home, with only trees and wildlife around you; while also being close enough to them so they can assist with any questions (or fishing advice) you may want and welcome! It’s super close to major stores and restaurants, if you’re interested in leaving the beautiful camp. Or, you can take advantage of the paddle boating, fishing, and canoeing that Nadine and Roger are generous to share, at no extra cost! They have two donkeys that just kinda roam around, some goats (that are so friendly and cute), chickens, and dogs, in addition to all the wildlife there is to observe! Would love to visit again soon :)”
“A beautiful place to escape to from the city - the property is peaceful/nourishing, has gorgeous views, lush with the sound of birds, and is well maintained. It was supposed to be our based while we hiked in the area, and we loved it so much that we decided to spend time on the camp instead. I wish I were back there right now. Roger and Nadine are lovely and very welcoming. Thank you.”
“We had a terrific two nights stay at Roger’s farm. The view is breathtaking and the bunk bed is very clean. We brought our little boys and they enjoyed their first camping experience very much, especially the farm animals, bonfire at night, canoeing, paddle boating, and hiking on their private trails. Roger and his wife is very kind and accommodating! He even allowed us to bring our friends to have BBQ and hiking with us. Would definitely come to visit again!”
“As soon as we arrived Roger and his wife, Nayden, welcomed us to the best experience we’ve ever had in our lives. I can’t express enough how amazing their property was. We first took a tour with them around the property and seen their incredible farm with goats, donkeys, and beautiful chirping birds. This really felt like a magical movie, hiking through their trails, the streams, ponds, and the scenic views. This was truly freedom and peace. We will be back and we will recommend this amazing place to all our friends.

“I can’t say enough good things about this site! Roger and Nadine were wonderful and welcoming. Thank you both so much for the warm welcome to your property. The property was beautiful. It’s a fantastic location so close to the main area of Oneonta. The extra loo was a big plus. The lake was gorgeous and we saw plenty of deer and heard lots of beautiful birds and owls at night. The goats and chickens were also another added bonus, so cute and friendly! I would recommend this tentrr site to everyone who is interested (I already have). We really hope to come back one day!”
