“What an amazing experience we had at this campsite. We went up with a fairly large group for my 30th this weekend. My girlfriend and I took the tentrr tent to ourselves, but it could have slept more with it's queen sized bunk beds. There was also plenty of space for the 8 other tents that were with us. The campsite was perfectly placed atop a hill, with amazing views of the property and valley past it. The firepit was perfectly placed nearby, as well as a table with two comfortable benches, storage, and two wooden adirondack chairs. The campsite had tons of privacy, and was far enough away from Tim's house that we were able to be quite loud without him noticing.
The property was incredible. Rolling hills, beautiful wildflowers, and lots of fun things to do. The pond was clean, and the water warm. Perfect for swimming. Tim let us use the canoes, paddle boat, and swing. He was also nice enough to let us use the EPIC zipline.
We were there for more of a party weekend, however the site would be equally perfect for a chill weekend with a small group. There are trails to explore on by foot, and Tim mentioned that you could also use four wheelers.
Onto the host. Tim was beyond welcoming, helpful, and easy going. We had many requests, questions, etc leading up to, and during the trip. He was also just a genuinely nice guy. We hung out for a bit while using the zipline. He also mentioned that next time we come, he'd take us out on the plane (oh yeah...there's a landing strip on the property, which is technically an airport). I will take him up on that next time we go up there. We'll definitely be back.

“We had an incredible time at Hogan's Landing. Tim was a very gracious host, showing us around the site and all his beautiful land has to offer. There's a wonderful pond that you can swim, rowboat, or canoe in as well as a dock and swing for easy access. The site itself was beautiful and very convenient that you could drive right up to the tent. It also had the most incredible views, mountains for miles! Wonderful for stargazing and probably perfect for some fall foliage views when the time comes. There's even a runway for those that want to fly in and walking trails all over the property. Unfortunately the weather was a little rainy in the evening so we didn't get to make a fire, but he also has a fire pit down by the pond by the gazebo as well as right by the site. We'll definitely be returning in the future!”
