This was our first tentrr experience and our family had a great time. We spent most of our time hanging around camp, playing games, collecting firewood and going for short walks on the trails adjacent to the site. There was enough space in the tenttr to fit a pack-and-play next to the bed for our littlest one and the wood stove was great for keeping us warm at night. The site is secluded and quiet with only woods visible from the campsite. We did hear the nearby highway and train tracks occasionally at night, but it did not detract from the experience. Would book again!

The campsite was exactly as advertised and was stocked with everything we needed (bring firewood). Arti was super responsive and a great host! We loved the proximity of the site to activities in the Berkshires like the Balderdash winery and the Clark Art Institute etc.

As beautiful as the pictures! We had a lovely relaxing retreat here. Artie was wonderful and she has created a true sanctuary.

This is a great choice for those looking to camp out in the woods. The tent is located in the middle of the woods on a large quiet, private property. Bring a sturdy wagon to pull your belongings the approx. quarter mile from the car to the tent (the "pipeline" along the walk to the campsite is a great place to see the stars at night). My boyfriend and I had a great time "roughing it" by the campfire, and if you enjoy hiking the Berkshires has a lot of great parks and waterfalls to check out (we went to Campbell Falls and Bash Bish Falls which were both 40 min of the campsite). I recommend bringing extra citronella fluid for the tiki torches that are provided at the campsite and extra firewood.

We had an enjoyable camping stay. Our first time doing such a thing - didn't know what to expect. Managed pretty well with the supplies we packed. The camp owner Arti was so gracious and helpful letting us know the local attractions and restaurants etc. The only (really minor) downside to the location was that we could hear traffic noise on and off which can dilute the feeling of peace & total seclusion. Overall, an unique and fun experience!

Beautiful campsite and friendly host. Mt Greylock is not too far away. A great place to get away for a long weekend.
