“It’s a beautiful place, secluded but safe, and it has everything one needs to go camping. It’s really easy to get there, and it’s well connected. It also has a nice fire pit, and Carl gives you wood at a reasonable price. We cooked by the fire and it was very nice. You can see also a beautiful sky full f stars when the sun goes down.
We would have had a perfect stay but there were two problems: (1) the inside of the Tentrr was very dirty, full of spiders and leaves. We understand it’s camping and the outdoors, but precisely what’s nice about being in a tent is that you have a nice clean space where you can sleep peacefully. 2) The place (not the Tent) was infested, INFESTED, of ticks. We were almost bathed by tick/mosquito repellent and it was not enough. (2) is not Tentrr’s fault at all, but it was a nasty surprise, as we didn’t expect as many as we found. We took precautions and still it was not enough. So be careful. We spent the whole time checking each other and taking them off of our skins. Not nice.
If not for (1) and (2), it would have been a really amazing experience.”

“Checking in was a little confusing, but Carl, the host, was very easy to reach and communicate with. Gave clear and precise directions. Loved the property! What a beaut! The tent was also very big and spacious with a bunk bed, with what looked like a queen air mattress on top and bottom bunk. Beautiful scenery from tent out into open field, and a camp fire set up. Carl provided me with what I needed for a one night stay as a solo traveler; water, camp fire starter packet, toilet paper, paper towel, and blankets (which I requested). This was my first time ever camping out in a tent and loved every bit of it, and always something I wanted to try. Could hear the train crossing at around 2 am in the morning, but nothing obnoxious. It sounded kind of nice. Would def recommend this host for sure!”
“This site is even more stunning in person! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be including some instructions for when you arrive at the address. It was a bit confusing finding the site but once we made it, it was completely worth it!”
“Amazing nature escape!! The views from the tent were magical and the space was very private yet also felt very safe. The site was clean and the area was well maintained. The one thing that could have been improved upon was communication. Either directions to the camp site in advance, or signs directing to the site. It wasn't very difficult, but there was more than 1 road, so some sort of sign or directions would have been helpful. Once we knew which road to take, it was a very easy drive, even in the rain in our compact car. It was difficult reaching Carl for more firewood during our stay, so I would recommend getting that sorted out from the beginning. We used 3 bundles for 2 nights (although we only had a fire 1 night and 2 mornings). Overall, really great stay and would stay again.”
