“Had a wonderful couple nights here with our two dogs. Yes there is a road close by but you are still secluded and have plenty of privacy. It’s up to you if it ruins your experience. We really enjoyed ourselves. The tent kept us dry through a small bit of rain. Barely heard anything other than the water from the brook. Way better than a campground where you can hear everyone else. Really appreciated everything that was provided. Close enough to town to grab whatever you might need or if you don’t feel like cooking on the fire. My phone lost all signal but my bf had no issues. Was grateful for no signal and was able to just be in the moment. Excellent star gazing too. Our dogs were also thrilled with space to run and the brook to explore. Would love to return someday!”
“I hope to come here again soon. Even the drive in was gorgeous, and the site itself very secluded and beautiful. I stayed here with my kids and dogs for two nights. We all loved playing on the rocks near the creek. We visited Woodruff's Pies on a trip into town, which I recommend. The heater in the tent was really helpful for kids on chilly mornings. This was my first Tentrr booking, and I keep thinking I should try to find a site I like a little closer to home, but this will be hard to beat. I added on the eggs and realized I hadn't really brought anything appropriate to cook them in, so I saved them for home where I could do them justice, and they were so good. I really loved this trip and highly recommend it. Don't hesitate to book.”
“The river is lovely and the peaceful sound of rushing water could be heard from the tent. My six year old enjoyed playing in it during our stay and the large rocks nearby made an excellent picnic spot. The host filled the solar shower and had it warming on the picnic table upon our arrival. Much appreciated the next evening. Water jug filled with well water that we used for washing dishes and bottled water provided for drinking. The toilet was set up behind the tent. Paw paw trees dropped fruit during our visit which we enjoyed trying.”
