Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“The location was amazing and you can’t beat the views! We loved our trip, but suggest to other campers to bring your own wood. The wood provided was wet and impossible to burn. We found a second pile of wood across the bridge but that was also wet, We ended up having to go into town several times and spend additional $$ on wood in order to keep warm. We did not hear back from our host until we arrived home.”
“Great place to stay and get away from city life. Our dog liked the place a lot too. If you want to get away from comfortable life and indulge in wilderness, this is the spot. Leave restaurant food behind, get your own food and have fun cooking on wood/coal. We will definitely return on a dry summer day.
The address is to the owner’s property, not Tentrr location. And I would like to add that although it’s reachable by a sedan, it was raining crazy when we went and I had to summon all my driving skills to get car up to the spot. Imagine it would be very easy on a dry day.”
“My boyfriend and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here and we are so happy we did! We were blown away by the location, the cleanliness, and the fact that the site had everything we could possibly need. We brought enough food (Jane and Dan even provide a cooler and 2 small grills!) so we were able to cook delicious meals while enjoying the view and did not have to venture into town. We got a little lost locating the site, but Dan helped us right away. They truly have thought of everything and this site is a little slice of paradise. It felt like we were off the grid yet we still had anything we needed to be super comfortable (the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in). We have already discussed wanting to come back later in the summer. I would recommend this site to anyone and everyone looking to get away for a few days and spend time with nature and their loved ones!”
“The location is beautiful and remote, with a cute running stream right next door. Everything was provided, we didn't need to bring anything at all. The only input I have, and this is just my preference, would be to clear out the cobwebs in the tent and outhouse prior to people staying. Obviously it won't get rid of the spiders (we are camping) but knowing there are rather large spiders in established webs over your head while you sleep and in your face while you poop in the dark is disconcerting. Many of the solar lights didn't work, so navigation to the outhouse was sketchy. Use tick spray. There are LOTS of ticks if you hike. The town is amazing (go to the toy store!!) and the food at Krista's is visit worthy in itself.”
“You can’t beat the views! Jane and Dan provide everything you could possibly need to have an amazing camping experience. The place is extremely clean and comfortable. The wood stove really heats the place up! Can’t wait to come back!”
“Absolutely amazing. Best glamping experience I have ever had. Our 5 year old boys loved it as did we. Everything you need to enjoy yourself and more.”
“This was everything we were looking for and more! It is in the middle if nature with no one else around. They provided everything you could need while there. We will definitely be staying again!”
