“A short review! Impossible. This place is absolutely incredible. I am going to write a long review, to give you all the insider scoop. Upon arrival at the farm, Bentley typically will drive out to the campsite and have you follow him, but they were out of town and their return home didn't quite line up with our arrival. Razell called me on the phone and talked me through how to get to the campsite. She was SO sweet. Definitely worth noting that I have a midsize SUV, but your 1997 sedan probably won't make it down the road that leads to the site. It's adventurous, but nothing crazy. Upon arrival, fresh eggs were an option for Ewe Turn (we declined as we had brought ample eggs for our short one-night stay). Okay, so this place is amazing. Completely private and incredibly serene. Two kayaks were there, so we just plopped them in the water right in front of the campsite and went exploring for HOURS. There was not a single person on the water. We saw herons, hawks, bald eagles, fish, and so many other birds too! We even heard an owl at night. Provided are AMPLE amounts of ammenities: tented toilet, adirondacks, fire pit, fire wood, pots and pans, lighter, kayaks and life jackets (for adults), toilet paper, a huge water holder for drinking water, table, queen sized bed, tree hammock, and tons of games. Inside the tent was a bin and an organizer full of little things that you might have forgotten like rain ponchos, first-aid kit, poison ivy rub (to be noted, there was poison ivy around, so just be mindful, but you are in the woods after all). The stars were amazing at night paired with the crackle of the fire and the hoots of a nearby owl. There was also a tent set up for additional guests and camping cots too. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. It was my first experience with Tentrr, and I am already trying to go back four days after returning home :) Thank you Razell and Bentley!
The only thing I noted that would be important to bring if you have more than 2 guests is chairs! There appeared to be the second bench for the little table inside the tent, but it was in pristine shape, so probably never been used outside! Since you can drive your car right to the site, bring those extra chairs if you have more than 2!”
“What a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back. It was a great solo camp, I really enjoyed being so close to the water. Bentley was welcoming and happy to answer my questions. This site would also be great for a small family or a few good friends to enjoy.”
“I took a long time to pick the perfect site for my needs, and this was it! I arrived in Auburn and had help from Bentley to get to my site. He and his wife were just a text away if any needs came up. It was so secluded and beautiful! I brought a little float and relaxed in the water most of the day. I was able to use the kayaks there and enjoy paddling around. The owners left 1/2 dozen of their farm fresh eggs and a little bottle of their maple syrup! Such a sweet touch. My pups enjoyed running around and swimming as well. I was surprised by how spacious the tent felt and the bed was comfy as well. They supplied sheets/blankets (which were really soft) but I had packed my own just in case. There were pots/pans some cooking utensils and a charcoal grill as well. We could hear the loons, saw lots of frogs, ducks, fish and chipmunks. It was a perfect little getaway. Felt very private and far away but I was close enough to town that when I needed something it was easy to get. I can’t wait to come back again, and bring my son! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!”

“We’re a family of five, two teenage boys and a two year old. Tel he boys loved their tent and cots that were provided. The main tent was very spacious, we had plenty of room for the pack & play. We were not far from civilization but felt like we were in the middle of no where. Razell and Bentley were fantastic!! Even on the last day when my car died, Bentley was right there to help.”
“This campsite was amazing, exactly as advertised and had all the amenities you could possibly think to need or want, and then some. It came with 2 kayaks, oars and life jackets even though the kayaks weren’t advertised, which was a HUGE plus. It had firewood, fishing poles, lures, games, hammocks, cutlery, grill, extra blankets and pillows, even tampons! It was extremely private which is what I was looking for and why I chose this site. The stars were bright and the area around it was secluded and beautiful. You wake up to the view of the androscoggin river right there. Razelle was quick to reply and a great host. It did say there was a sun shower and I never found it if there was one, so I just bathed in the river which was fine. The only thing I wish I could change was the river, it was shallower and muddier than I was hoping so I didn’t swim at all, which was a little disappointing but that can’t be changed and it didn’t ruin the trip. All in all it was a beautiful little trip away from it all and I would recommend”
“My family had a great time at waters edge. We had 4 adults and 5 kids with us all under 7. The kids had so much fun playing in the shallow water on the rivers edge! They enjoyed fishing and splashing around, chasing frogs, and kayaking. The fireflies in the evening behind the tent were phenomenal to watch. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable, it was really nice to still camp, but not need to bring everything to set up like we usually would. The only downside (if you can even call it that) is the poison ivy we had to watch out for with the kiddos, and loads of ticks, but your in the woods so can't expect everything to be perfect bug/plant wise! We will definitely be back!”
