“My husband and I along with our two dogs spent Labor Day weekend at the site. The experience exceeded our expectations. This was our first Tentrr experience and based on how great of a weekend we had, we will definitely be doing it again. The owner of the site Tollef met us in person to help us get acclimated to the site and offered advice on what to do in the area. Although we brought our own supplies, there were cooking utensils and cutlery/dishes provided. There was a 5 gallon jug of water to wash dishes and we had brought our own drinking water. If you forget any essentials, there are grocery stores and farm stands within a 10 minute drive. Parking is about a 30 yard walk from the site. The site overlooks a beautiful waterway and forest. It was surreal to take in the view while listening to the loons and other wildlife around us. There is a short marked hike to a public swimming area. Be sure to use the rope swing if you go! Some of our highlights were cooking meals in the large fire pit area which has a great prep table and roasting marshmallows under the stars. Toleff's hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I'd highly recommend this site to anyone wanting a private, unplugged get away.”
