““A Creek Runs Through It” is a personal mountain paradise! We stayed for two nights and were able to relax quickly and comfortably. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed falling to sleep listening to the creek and crackling of the wood stove. We can’t wait to come back!”

“A creek runs through it was my first ever tentrr experience, and it was AMAZING! If you think you forgot something do not worry the shed is fully loaded with heaters, stove tops, wood, paper towels. The site was clean, it was big, and the creek is the best part about it. Wish we were able to go during a warmer time so we could have done some swimming near the waterfall, it was beautiful! The trails alone are a reason to book this place! They have a huge property with tons of trails to hike. Thank you to our hosts who we extremely polite, and helped us with everything we needed! If your looking for a weekend to relax and enjoy nature i HIGHLY recommend you try this site or one of the other sister sites, you won’t be disappointed.”
“This place is just amazing. My wife and I decided to try camping for our anniversary trip and the experience exceeded our expectations.
We could not use the electric kettle we brought because the compact generator we brought didn’t provide enough power. But luckily, one of the items available in the convenient shed Scott set up was a propane stove and pot!! That saved my marriage:)
One other thing that happened was that my sister who was taking care of our kids needed to get in touch with us because of some technical issue with their remote schooling. But we barely got any reception at the site so she had to contact Scott. Well, he came down to our campsite right away and let us borrow his phone so we were able to resolve the issue.
The path leading down to the campsite is quite steep. But we had no problem with our 2017 AWD Sienna. We just had to use the manual mode and go up the path in first gear.
We plan to go back with our kids next year. Can’t wait!!”
