“Peaceful campsite with a stream in the back and view of the mountains in the front. Only a short walk from Hera's house, but feels completely isolated. Next to her house is a refreshing small pond you can swim and kayak in. The unlimited firewood and a hose to rise off are game changers! A few things to note: no service and loud frogs at night (which is exactly what you should be looking for in a camping trip! Just a heads up for those who don't know what to expect).”
“Hera The Great!!! She was awesome. We went up this weekend for Father's day weekend. My hubby always wanted to go camping...I think I picked the RIGHT Spot....The campsite is beautiful & exactly like the pictures. She gives you all the wood you need. She supplies you with maps and all the resources you need to get around. The town is gorgeous and only 10 minutes from the campsite driving. They have everything even a CVS. Hera has a pond you can swim in and all the hiking you want. All the passages you can walk through...it would be great for a small reception. My doggies LOVED it!!! They ran all day. My husband is already planning our trip back. We are 2 hours away but it was a comfortable drive for us from NYC. The people in town were also great. You should go visit Hera!! She is a great host. She texts you every morning to see if you need anything and slept well. Everything was Perfect for US!”
“The campsite was excellent and Hera was a warm and helpful host, suggesting great hiking and other activities in the area. The setting is ideal for a semi-secluded get away that is still close enough to go into explore Woodstock. Great trip!”
“Words cannot express the amazing experience we had at Woodstock Mountains and Ponds! The pictures do not do enough justice. This was our first time using Tentrr and we couldn't be more pleased. It took a little while for us to find the house so I would recommend driving slow, however upon our late arrival we were warmly greeted by Hera and James who quickly showed us where to get all of the essentials we would need as well as taking the time to show us scenic activities nearby. The property is breathtaking, with two lovely ponds in back of the tent, and the view of the mountains make for a magical morning view. We really enjoyed the use of the wood stove which kept us nice and toasty throughout our stay. This was a fantastic location for the secluded weekend getaway we hoped for. We would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again in the future.”

“Want a nature break? THIS is the way to do it. I loved having the bullfrog sing to me as I went to sleep - the firewood was seasoned so lit easily and was in good supply - the bed was comfy - and the grounds... well, they were remarkably clean and well maintained. It was a terrific farm campout and my host could NOT have been any nicer or more helpful! I'm going back for sure!”
