“My family, 2 adults with 2 kids and a dog, had a fabulous time at Ridgeview Farm. The site was a little hard to get down to, but Simon was able to help transport our bags. Linens, a grill, cookware, extra blankets, a cot, etc. were all provided. We added the S'more Kit, Dinner, breakfast and birthday cake! We had so much food and it cost less then if I were to have gone shopping and had to load up on all of the extra. Food was delivered in a cooler with ice down to the site with instructions on how to cook, and it was delicious! My husband and daughter had a lovely trail ride on beautiful horses and Simon took the time to take pictures for me and send them to me for keepsake! The site was private and you could only hear the faint sound of cars in the distance. We will be back up to visit Simon and Kris again! Thanks for the memories.”
“We had a great time here. Kris and Simon are excellent, thoughtful hosts. They've put tons of extras at their site to make your getaway even more comfortable: there's a gas grill, bedding for the queen bed, a privacy screen for the shower, pots and pans, and a box of cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, coffee maker). We enjoyed grazing on the wild blueberries growing everywhere and waking up to birdsong in the morning. The highlight was our horseback ride. We enjoyed stunning scenery while learning more about the area. Kris and Simon have lots of experience taking beginners out for a trail ride and empowering kids to feel more confident around large animals. My daughter (age 10) really enjoyed herself and appreciated that they entrusted her with small jobs before and after the ride, such as leading the horse into the pasture. Overall, a really great weekend getaway. We hope to go back!”
“The site was great, very private and had everything we needed to cook dinner. Simon and Kris were very accommodating and friendly hosts. Simon drove our stuff down to the site because it's a couple minutes walk from where we parked which was great. Kris took us on a nice horseback riding tour with beautiful views. Would recommend bringing camping chairs to sit close to the fire. Would stay again!”

“We had the most WONDERFUL time staying at Ridgeview Farm!!! Simon and Chris went above and beyond in making sure we had a great time. From Simon meeting us with a tractor to help us carry our bags to the campsite, to preparing a delicious meal and making a cake for my boyfriend's birthday, to Chris drawing us a map of the most beautiful foliage spots in the area, and taking us on a horseback ride (my boyfriend for the first time ever), they could not have been lovelier hosts. The campsite and surrounding areas were a beautiful weekend getaway. I really could not recommend more - if you're hesitating, go visit them in NH!!!”
“This campsite is beautiful and peaceful, and Kris and Simon were great hosts. Kris took us for a wonderful trail ride, and her horses are exceptionally trained and safe. The campsite is private and secluded without being inaccessible, and is surrounded by beautiful woods and some walking/hiking trails. We saw a bald eagle, and heard coyotes at night! The tent accommodations were surprisingly comfortable, especially when we got the wood stove going. I'd highly recommend Kris and Simon and their beautiful campsite.”
