Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“Our group of 5 friends had a great time meeting Cameron, his dog & cows, and staying on his property. It was clean and had everything we needed, and the Tentrr tent was in great shape and kept us dry during a storm. We enjoyed star gazing in the open fields, playing fetch, watching sunsets, and exploring the property and surrounding parks/lakes/streams. Also, Cameron's cows produce some beautiful, delicious steaks; make sure to grab some.”
“This place is a great off the grid getaway! Our family needed this time together off electronics, decompress away from work and loads of room for our Carolina Dog to roam freely with us. Cameron is a great Host and can accommodate all your needs!!!”
“Our experience was really good. Cameron is really great host. There is definitely a lot if spiders at this camp, but besides that its a nice little getaway with a host that goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. Parking and the pond are a walk away from the camp, not immediately accessible, but Cameron does give rides in his side by side when you first arrive and when you leave. There is also access to water, Cameron will refill it for you as needed. The bathroom situation is not too hot, but its a part of the camping experience in my opinion. Having an accommodating host makes any shortcomings worth the experience. He will also show you things to do in the area.”
“The host was extremely nice and accommodating! Views were gorgeous and it was the perfect little escape that we wanted. We have nothing negative to say about it! 10/10”
“We had a great night at the camp! Cameron and his family were fantastic hosts.
There are 5 chairs for around the fire so no need to bring your own. Our favorite part was the hammock he provided. So relaxing and we saw 2 shooting stars.
It was a little challenging to find fire wood on our way in (thought there would be more options to buy) so I suggest grabbing that before you leave.
He provides tongs, pans and stakes for smores so you can leave those at home as well.
Also, as noted there is a swampy/muddy path to get to the campsite so make sure everyone in your party has their boots on right away.”
“As city folk, my wife and I were a bit anxious about camping, but since our seven year-old daughter requested it for her birthday, we couldn't say no. As many of the reviews here stated, we chose Camp Sugarbush not for the views or the facilities (although they were just fine), but for Cameron and his friendly and helpful support. And boy, are we glad we did! A thunderstorm came through the area during our stay (which Cameron had warned us about days in advance), and with his help we did just fine. He dropped off extra flashlights, a portable grill to allow us to cook inside the tent, and his ATV made sure we got our belongings to and from our car with ease despite the muddy conditions. As a plus, the girls loved the ATV ride and it was one of their favorite parts of the weekend. We also had a lot of fun paddling around the pond in the provided kayaks. At the end of the trip, my seven year-old asked if we could go camping again, specifically at Camp Sugarbush. We happily agreed.”
“Camp Sugarbush is absolutely amazing! And what makes this great place even greater is Cameron, the campkeeper. If you read reviews for other camp sites, one thing you may notice here is that almost all reviewers here give the highest compliment to the host. Yes, he is exceptional! Cameron does everything he could to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Not busy nosy at all though. He is laid-back and very thoughtful. Only when you need him, he would do his very best for you, and he is only a text away. There are hiking trails and a pond with free kayaks within his property. The site is wide open and totally private surrounded by trees. Beautiful sunset, wild animals, lots of stars at night... All of these are just wonderful! Plus Cameron's attentive hospitality, your stay would become definitely unforgettable. I highly recommend this place. Oh, don't forget to grab his stakes, they are super! - Yutaro

This beautiful site is huge and airy. We even did hiking and kayak inside the property and we were thrilled to see various animals.
Our camp keeper Cameron is like Kristoff of Disney's Frozen! :D He knows nature and explained every detail of our questions all the time. His great hospitality and quick response made us feel safe and welcome. - Machiko”
