“Best hosts ever! Nicest couple who own the farm on the same land as the Tentrr/AirBnB location. Extremely helpful, positive, cheerful, and welcoming. Really provided us with a warm vibe upon arriving and leaving. Their two horses are also a wonderful addition to the visit. My 11yo daughter and I had a blast playing in the snow, chopping wood, making food over the wood burning stove, and playing Bananagrams until bedtime. Very cozy vibe.”
“This was a wonderful, quiet location back off the road. The tent and surrounding area were clean and well managed. Thankfully we didn’t have to walk through a lot of snow or it may have been a little more difficult to get to. But there was a well groomed driving path and signs to get to the tent location. The bed was warm and cozy with lots of extra blankets for cold nights. The wood burning stove inside kept it very warm and was easy to use as a stovetop for cooking. There was also a propane heater for added heat. The temperature outside was about 20 degrees, yet inside it felt very warm! There were many extra little touches like string lights, candles, Kleenex, coffee/tea and many cooking utensils (all things you wouldn’t normally expect in a tent!). The host, Rochelle, was quick to respond to any messages but yet gave us privacy. Overall a wonderful getaway for the weekend, to escape the craziness of 2020!”
“Absolutely magical place. 10/10. Would recommend to everyone! We stayed for a weekend in late November, and had absolutely everything we needed. The hosts have provided *everything* one needs for a weekend luxury camping trip. Truly just bring clothes and food and you’ll be set!
We loved the fire stove in the canvas tent, it warmed up very quickly! The propane heater was perfect for overnight when we didn’t continue to stoke the stove. The bed and bedding were SO COMFORTABLE. Fleece sheets and plenty of blankets made it incredibly cozy.
The outdoor cooking area was stocked it’s everything you’d want or need—popcorn and popper, all the utensils you’d need, various sizes of pots and pans. I love that they also provided espresso and an espresso maker.
The land surrounded the tent is perfect. With woods and rolling hills behind you, and a beautiful prairie ahead of you—you feel like you’re tucked into your own secret corner.
The hosts provided trash and recycling, and doggie bags. There are cute solar powered lamps that make the site feel incredibly welcoming and cozy.
They have truly thought of everything.”
“Amazing stay! We ended up staying at the tent all weekend because it was just too cozy to leave! Amenities were awesome and location is great! We will be back for sure. Perfect for outdoorsy people, so make sure you know how to start and keep up with a wood stove. Absolutely amazing!”
