I was blown away by this location and the property, and the whole camp setup is amazing. Highly recommend the adventure shed, for the wood alone! Definitely looking forward to next year!

This place was awesome!!! The view from our camping area was absolutely gorgeous and the gear shed is an absolute must have for all of the fires we made. We were skeptical at first but after our 5 day stay we would absolutely do it all over again. Fantastic area, secluded but not too far from a small town and the trails there were a blast to hike. Loved it!

I had a wonderful trip with my boyfriend for a couple of days. It was a last minute trip and our camp hosts were wonderful about it! It was cold when we went, but the propane heater did wonders (and because of the weather, no mosquitoes at the time!!) we would definitely love to come back!

Gorgeous, gorgeous property. Amazing views. Very organized hosts who had every detail accounted for and over-communicated expectations to maximize our experience! We will be coming back!

Could not ask for a better camping experience. Super convenient, camp was very well kept. The Aspens and the views from the Ranch are incredible! Really nice to head down to the reservoir just down the road and fish. The camp hosts were super responsive and helpful, we will be returning for sure!

I always have the best intentions of writing reviews after trips, but once I get home the daily grind of household responsibilities and work demands get in the way and before I know it 6 months has passed! I woke up this morning determined not to do a single thing until I wrote this review for our stay at 105 West Ranch from July 26 to July 30th. My husband and I drove up from Central Texas with our Australian Shepherd and Border Collie. It was grey and rainy when we arrived, but that didn't dampen our spirits. The cool mountain air was a respite from the scorching Texas heat, and with those views how could anyone be disappointed by a little rain? This was our first Tentrr experience, and I've since recommended it to friends, family and coworkers; what a great concept! Particularly at 105 West Ranch, the remote location gives the sense of back country camping but with the convenience of amenities. Our dogs had a great time romping up and down the trails and smelling all the new smells! We went down to Skagway Reservoir three days in a row to hike and let the dogs swim. Each afternoon brought a little thunderstorm, but it proved the perfect excuse to curl up in the tent for reading and nap time. We enjoyed everything about our experience, and I can't express enough how much that time in the mountains lifted my spirits. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rachel and Jeff when we arrived; they were such considerate, gracious hosts and exactly the type of people we'd love to hang out with over some cold beers. A huge thank you to them for sharing their beautiful property with us! So, if you're considering getting away into the mountains for some quiet, restorative time, do yourself a favor...don't wait...book it now!

We had a great time. The hosts are very proactive and easy to reach with any questions. The site is a great location with plenty of trees around, a nice view, and quiet. The tent is surprisingly large, and the bed was more comfortable than we expected. We brought a smell proof bag like you buy for bear proofing and used it to take the loo bags out. Between that and the chemicals in the loo bags, there was no smell in the car. We definitely recommend the site. There are lots of good hikes nearby and a lot of Colorado history in all the old mine ruins.

The site, location, hosts, environment, equipment and surroundings have made these few days a great experience that exceeded our expectations. Very nice, clean and spacious tent in the middle of nowhere with a breathtaking view located on the edge of a beautiful aspen forest. The additional tent was perfect for the kids and the shed very well equipped with fire wood, fishing, hiking gears and outdoor games that kept us busy. The forest provides for very nice hikes and the reservoir is a great fishing place. Nights were pretty cold and require warm clothes. Overall it was an unforgettable experience!
