Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“First Tentrr experience and it was wonderful! Easy to find, everything set up and ready to go. We needed extra water during our stay and the host was responsive on where to fill up the tank. We were a little worried about lugging all of our stuff from the car but and wheelbarrow was provided which was a major help! Not many animals or critters. Close to Woodstock and Saugerties, easy to dip into town for dinner.”
“Wonderful site a short distance from Woodstock, Kingston, Saugerties and all the gorgeous land & winding roads in between. Our camp in the quiet, idyllic pine forest was equipped with everything we needed, including potable water & firewood. A great first experience with Tentrr.”
“What an excellent experience! The TENTRR tent and set-up was a great way to help you if you are not an experienced camper--everything is all set-up for you! Now, add a great host, such as Brooke, who was so friendly, accommodating and came running straight to us to bring all of our extra last minute needs that we texted her for. There is water provided, wood, cooking condiments, (but bring your own grilling utensils) and a comfy loo that is cleverly covered with a befitting tent for privacy!Thank you Brooke!! I felt like I'd known her all along! The site is beautifully secluded and very quiet. But--bring extra lanterns and light sources as it gets extremely dark at night when all of the animal noises start exactly after dusk! My two young adult kids loved the whole experience. We drove easily to all of the beautiful local attractions and spent a lot of time in search of hiking and great watering holes! Its been 4 days since we've been back from the wilderness and we're already looking to book again! Bring an extra sleeping bag for sleeping in the back tent. It has a nice queen size blow up mattress with only a quilted mattress cover so bring extra sleep gear for both tents. Last need: Lots of bug spray! Enjoy this beautiful camp site!”

“This was our first family camping trip and we had a great time. It was so lovely and beautiful. I also liked we were right next to Woodstock and could pop in for supplies or if we wanted a restaurant meal. The tent was surprisingly clean with a little discoloration but didn't bother me. The toilet was less gross than I expected. The only downside was not the fault of the hosts, but there is a shooting range /hunting club nearby and you could hear the shots. Not a huge deal, but I had a very young child so I just had my guard up a little. Otherwise it as fantastic.”
“Beautifully maintained site. You feel so isolated though just minutes from Woodstock. Brooke is a gracious host and responds quickly. Highly recommended.”
“Brooke's campsite is beyond wonderful. So secluded and quiet nestled in among the trees. Great location for day trips all over the Catskills for hikes and swims. She's got everything you forgot to pack on site. Can't wait to go back.”
