“Everything about this site was on point. It was clean and had all the essentials needed for a great night of super glamorous camping. But better than that was the view. Watching a storm over Lake Champlain while the sky above us was perfectly clear and full of stars is an experience we will never forget. The hosts were very friendly. “I still cannot believe my experience at this site. Not only is the physical tent site itself beautiful - overlooking ADK high peaks setting into the most stunning sunrise experience - but the accommodations are truly what blew me away. The kindness of the hosts warmed my heart & I wish every experience in life felt the way it did to stay here. I was expecting to hike in & out from the tent site (no problem of course), but was pleasantly surprised when a side by side driven by the sweetest most welcoming person pulled up to transfer me, my camping gear & my dog up the trails. He was insistent on showing me the different trails, making sure I knew that he was just a phone call / text away if I needed a trip back down, up, no matter what. I can’t say enough how much ease this brought me in feeling 100% safe in an unknown area by myself (there is full cell phone service *I have Verizon* at the top!). I did end up exploring the surrounding trails, & it’s very easy to find your way back wherever you end up - there’s Tentrr markings on the trees, & if you need to head back to your car, which they have you leave conveniently just before the trail entrance on their property, then down is the way to go (left right center, doesn’t matter, just head down!). The host even brought me over to the side of the mountain where the sun sets so I could experience that, as well, & have familiarity of all surroundings. My time here was serene & absolutely wonderful. I only stayed one night, but plan to come back soon in the future for multiple. Available to you are PLENTY of camping supplies, I couldn’t believe the set up! I was honestly blown away by their creativity of maintaining a rustic camping + cozy at home feel.”
