“We had a wonderful time staying at the Whispering Pines At The River! We went as two couples and a dog and it was perfect for the 5 of us! David was a very accommodating host and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The camp site is in a beautiful secluded area right on the river. We loved playing games at the picnic table and cooking out at the fire. It was very convenient to have a Hanafords Market a quick drive away for any food and drink you need. In the day we explored the area and went to the Newfound lake right down the road and rented a boat. Overall, a great time had by all!”
“Great little spot. We loved being so close to the water and plenty of fire wood was set out before we arrived. Took a dip in the river to cool off before we started our fire and relaxed to the sound of the water and bugs for the rest of the evening. Thanks David!”
“My husband, our two dogs and I enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines. When we arrived our host greeted us and had a fire started for us. The location is tucked away on a hill overlooking the river. The river was a great place for a picnic and swim. On top of the hill above the site had a foliage filled clearing that looked amazing during our time. The site had minimal additional supplies, so be sure to bring in everything you need.”
