Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“Campsite is as advertised. In a clearing at the back of a dairy farm. You can drive into the site but it's far enough from the road and farm to feel private and remote. Well and equipped and maintained as expected for a tentrr site. The little stove in the wall tent kept us warn on a cold Oct morning.”
“We highly recommend Meadow Ridge Farm! This was exactly what we were looking for. Rick and family were very accommodating and helpful when we arrived (later at night than expected!!) Really thank them. Entire site (Tentrr tent, second tent, tarp, campfire area, picnic table) was completely clean. Situated at the back of a nice meadow, can drive car on-site. Also - the site has its own standalone shelter with the "camp loo" inside which was really nice and perfect for privacy. Thanks!”
“Secluded and beautiful! The rain didnt stop us, the tent stayed nice and dry even with the down pour on Friday night! We took showers on Saturday more than enough water in the bag. It was just the two of us on friday and two of our friends joined us saturday afternoon. Spent Saturday by the fire laughing and creating memories. We will be back! Thank you rick and Vickie!”
“This was our first camping experience and I'm pleased we had this experience at Meadow Ridge Farm. Rick, our CampKeeper, arranged everything beautifully, providing my family with all we needed. He was cordial, responsive, and professional. In terms of the Tentrr, itself, we absolutely loved it. .especially our 8-year old daughter. The bunks are well-constructed, sturdy, and safe. Several zip-open windows are available to cool things down, and it's quite spacious, complete with several LED lanterns and even nightstands. We only needed to bring food and linens. It was a great experience, and we look forward to doing it again.”
“First campers at Meadow Ridge! My friends and I had a great time. As non campers, we thought this setup was great; Tentrr provided a large main tent featuring 2 queen air mattresses, and an extra tent already set up. No extra air mattresses inside the 2nd tent, bring your own sleep stuff, but so great not to have to put up and break down our own tents. I would say the extra tent can sleep 3 or 4 people comfortably. Temp was in the mid to high 90s that weekend. Our host Rick hooked us up with a canopy that provided shade over the entire picnic table; it totally saved us from the heat, and we are so grateful to Rick for that extra touch that occurred to exactly none of us. Location is about 10-15 minutes away from Bantam Lake. We brought a kayak and paddleboards and spent the afternoon cooling off at the lake. Too hot for hiking, but trails were nearby. The farm itself had plenty of space for our dogs to run and play fetch, and space for us to play outdoor games and look at the stars. Some of us were nervous about the loo situation, but the space bags work pretty well - miles away from the grossness of an overused port-a-potty. Some of us also skipped the shower since we were there for just one night, but the 5 gallon bag had enough water for the three or four of us who did shower. Overall, a great getaway from our usual apartments and cramped city streets. Great location, too, there's so much to do nearby. Would recommend!”
