Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“This was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the great outdoors away from the city and overall noise of daily life. You can see the stars and the amazing sky from right outside and it was honestly beautiful.”
“This was a gorgeous place to spend some time away from it all! My boyfriend and I spent a night without leaving the campsite, just enjoying the fall foliage, relaxing, exploring the grounds, and not seeing another soul the whole time we were there. A great getaway spot!”
“The trip was perfect! Nancy was very communicative and responds quickly. The site is in a huge field that overlooks a mountain which makes for gorgeous views. The foliage was at it's peak, but would be beautiful during any season. I will definitely be back to Mountain View!”
“We had a great time and the views were fantastic! Nancy was very responsive and added homey touches like bedding and firewood. We will definitely be back soon!”
“Amazing trip! Our first Tentrr experience, and we will definitely repeat. Gorgeous, secluded site with extra touches provided (bedding, plenty of firewood and starter). The stars were incredible!”
“Wow! This was our first experience with Tentrr and I cannot stop telling my friends about how wonderful Mountain View was. The campsite is beautiful, private and perfectly provisioned. We hiked in the nearby Minnewaska State Park.
The campsite had a picnic table with an umbrella, two adirondacks by the fire pit as well as the two up on the tent platform. The hosts were kind enough to leave a variety of items including playing cards, a lantern, cooking utensils (including aluminum pans), hand sanitizer, body wash and more.
The sunrise and stars over the site are beautiful. Like other reviewers we saw whitetail deer most mornings and evenings. We had no issue driving out to the campsite in our little rented Corolla, just go slow and remember you're driving on grass & dirt, and you'll be fine!”
