“where to begin?!?! the write up and the pictures of this beautiful magical getaway dont even begin to give this little slice of heaven justice... talk about secluded pivacy! me and my girlfriend just spent the most wonderful weekend up here and we are still in awe of the beauty and spiritual vibes we felt during our stay... although its been over 10 years since id been back up to maine i had gone up every year as a kid to visit my grandparents, and this trip i was able to make peace and see maine in a whole new way! thank you thank you for a great opportunity and for sharing your beautiful property with us! we will 100% be returning next year. with friends!!”

“Great place! Secluded and peaceful and very helpful host. Very well set up with lots of little niceties to make it easy. As other reviews noted, it’s good to know going in that it’s about a ~50 yard walk from the car, that’s a little rocky; they provided a little cargo cart which is perfect but did need to be carried over a small portion of the trail to the tent. No big deal at all, but good to pack on the lighter side to avoid back and forth to the car (should be standard for camping anyway). Not much around locally, but that was the point. Town of Ellsworth not far (roughly 10minutes), and Bar Harbor/Acadia was about 45minutes. I’d recommend and would do it again. Thanks!!”
“This experience was hands-down one of the best experience I’ve ever had with Airbnb. Not only did the Airbnb live up to expectations it went beyond!! The hosts were incredibly amazing, they were so friendly. We all felt extremely welcomed and it was a super special stay! Our host, Tabatha, made the most amazing accommodations for my grandmother who we took with us. if you’re looking for a place to stay this is it! I will 100% be rebooking the site! Or any site that the host has! :)”

“We loved this place so much. The property is absolutely beautiful and amazingly setup. We came on a super rainy wet few days but were super comfortable in the tent with the wood burning stove at night. No shortage of pillows,blankets, flashlights, batteries, and even a battery bank for charging phones. My daughters loved playing in the brook and climbing the rocks. [The brook looks so much more amazing in person] Falling asleep to the sound of the water was so nice. We all slept so good. My only suggestion to the campkeeper is if you could put a hook or shelf in the outhouse for lantern/flashlight/phone/toiletpaper. Thanks again Tabatha!”
