“This place main purpose is to connect with nature. You can spend the entire day sitting by the brook and listen to the water flow or by the bonfire; or go to the lake and take a dip. Tabatha provides the necessary tools for camping and the tent per se has a comfortable bed and wood stove/heater in case you need to stay warm.”

“This places is a piece of camping heaven! The tent was clean, warm and cozy. It was raining heavy when we arrived luckily the tent site was 200 feet away from where we parked our car, the tent was sturdy and once inside could not tell it was raining. There was some firewood waiting for us and the inside stove kept us warm. There is a walk path to a beautiful lake where we took a swim, the tables and chairs were so convenient. It is an adjustment to use the solar shower and the loo but once you try it it’s not bad. The path to the camping site had big rocks and we were driving a sedan so note to self suv next time. We drove to Acadia on a Saturday morning, its a 30-40 minutes drive not bad at all. I would absolutely rent this site again. Tabatha answer all my phone calls and even came out to help, she is a sweetheart.”
“we had such a good time camping at this site! We never got to meet the camp owner but everything went smoothly regardless. There was plenty of firewood on the side to keep us warm. The only negative was it was an hour from Acadia but it worked out fine for us. Great spot, definitely recommend it!”
