“I showed up at the campsite and it turned out that Tentrr had given me the wrong number. The person that I then contacted said that they had cancelled the reservation, but that tentrr hadn't let me know.
It was 7:30pm in the middle of the woods, in the pitch dark, and it was below freezing. We had to sit on the side of the road for an hour and a half to try to figure out a place to sleep. Fortunately, the customer support rep at Tentrr (Tyler) was able to find me a reservation about 10-15 minutes away. Hera, the campkeeper, was wonderful and very hospitable.
They offered me a gift card for the trouble, but turns out they just meant tentrr credit, which wasn't what I expected. I only have one data point, but it sounds like the quality control on the campkeepers and the tentsites is all over the place. I was pretty disappointed for the price that we paid for this.”
