“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was attentive, even on a holiday, to ensure we found the location and had everything we needed. The tent was clean and well-equipped with supplies; you would still be set up if you didn't know what to pack. The property itself was taken care of, and our dog loved roaming around on the property within the fence. Many coyotes were howling at night, along with many birds happily chirping in the morning. My husband and I slept very well on the mattress and needed to turn the heat down on the propane heater even though it was 40 degrees outside! The drive to the property through the forest was beautiful, and we completed the Trailhead 6 hike to the lake in the morning, which we highly recommend. The only knock: Directly across the property was a small mechanic shop, which looked like a junkyard at first glance, and we could hear him working until we got in our tent - yet this was out of the hosts control, and we still felt safe.”
“This was our second time staying here and we had so much fun with our pups. Love that it’s fenced in and they provide pretty much everything you need. Just make sure to bring your own bedding and pillows they do provide a fitted sheet. When putting address in go by N. pine street not South because you will probably get lost like we did even though we had been there once before lol.”
“Such a peaceful camping spot. The host provides anything you could possibly need so that was very convenient and thoughtful. Our two pups loved that they could both run around with it being fenced in freely. We will be back.”
“This site was perfect - we were able to let our dog run free, it was quiet and private, and had all we needed. We’re used to roughing it so brought a lot with us, but could have easily just brought food, clothes, and our hiking gear. It was an excellent location to get to hiking trails quickly. We will definitely be back!”
