“We had an amazing time at the Hidden Forest camp site. Our camp hosts seemed to think of everything. There was plenty of water, an extra propane tank in case we ran out and a wrench to be sure we could change tanks if needed. We couldn’t have been happier and will be back!”
“Great location! Perfect place for my dog to run around with having to be anxious of other dogs or campers. Scott was amazing! He was very helpful and attentive and even gave us a recommendation on a beautiful, low traffic, hiking trail. The only thing was the tent zipper was broken and unzippable as soon as we tried to unzip the tent. We were able to use the outside zipper to close the tent but missed out on being able to see the beautiful view from inside the tent.”
“Great camp site that is hidden, quiet, fenced in and has everything you need. It was my toddler, border collie and I. Having camp already set up and a couple acres fenced in made it less stressful on me. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the property.
As said in other reviews I saw, the gate is very hard to see. We missed it multiple times and GPS isn’t exact. The gate blends in in a way. I’d recommend requesting written directions once on the gravel road when booked. Cell service is very spotty.”
“We had an excellent stay at 'Hidden Forest'! The CampKeepers provided a lot of 'bonus' amenities that provided a comfortable and convenient experience. The site itself is conveniently located, making it easy to enjoy a lake, a hike, a ride, etc. The CampKeepers were helpful and accessible. Really, nothing but positive things to say. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy Texas camping. (Bring sunscreen. Lots of it.)”
