Great site, very clean, well kept and nicely decorated. Great for birdwatching. 20 mins from the Sanderson Brook Falls Loop hike.

Kai is friendly and accommodating. The tent area was clean and well organized. Kai provided and extra bundle Of wood, much appreciated! The location is not as secluded as I thought it would be, is on a long dirt road with houses before and after the camp site. Occasionally you hear a car pass by, one neighbor worked his tractor and excavator during the late afternoon to early evening. That kind of ruin the feeling of “camping” in the woods. Kai is adding another tent, which will be great for a family or friends gathering. We hike the property, not much to see, but it was a good workout! Glendale Falls is just 15 minutes away, lovely drive. I can’t give a half or three quarter stars on this site, my score is 4.75 Stars.

One of my favorite places now to go camping! Literally has everything you need and more! The decorations and small touches made all the difference! Will def be back!

Kai's Tentrr site is so lovely. The personal touches throughout really were what set the place apart (there are a number of Tentrr sites on Airbnb now and this one really went above and beyond). The site is wonderful and mostly private in a secluded space among the trees. There is a 4-wheeler path right off the site that we took a nice walk around through the fall foliage. The foliage was truly spectacular. The shower and toilet were impeccably maintained and easy to use. There were lamps and lighters and kitchen supplies for us to use, as well as other fun surprises in the tent. We were overall SO SO impressed and would love to come back in the warmer months. Our ONLY complaint (which was minor) was really just a general issue with Tentrr's set-up. The wood stove in the tent was lovely and cute, but was not sufficient to provide heat throughout the night without waking up every 2 hours to stoke the fire and add wood. We ended up having to use our cold weather sleeping bags, which was fine, but worth noting if you plan to camp when its below 50 outside. Overall, it was a really fun experience and a truly impressive site.

I don’t know where to begin this place was incredible , for starters Kai was an awesome awesome guy we were his first guest and wanted nothing more then to let It be known he wanted us to just enjoy ourselves , he made sure we had everything we needed and more he went beyond for sure. This place is gorgeous everything from the area to the setup all the amenities that he included were exceptional, he sent us a map of the campground where there were many fruit trees ! He recommended a local small town shop for us to grab groceries and or food and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. The tent location is perfect an amazing view of the stars literally picture perfect , you’re away from other houses so you can always feel free and at ease just hanging out and enjoying your company , there’s Glendale falls , littleville lake and a local winery and taproom that are all must sees and hangout. We’re frequent campers so we came prepared but all you really need is food beverages and your own linens and your set , there’s plenty of firewood and chairs if needed. I will 10000% be returning in the next few weeks can’t thank Kai enough!
