“Ended up at a Tentrr site because nearby Taconic State Forest won’t take 1-night reservations in advance. Pros: great views, clean campsite; Cons: the water and toilet set-up was not as promised. Not a deal breaker for me, but annoying since I’d paid. Good to know: the sites are not near the State Forest; they are about a mile away up a steep hill, then a .25-.5 mile walk to get to each site. Great if you are looking for solitude, not ideal for me as a solo cycle traveler (not sketchy, just isolated), and a bit far if you are planning on using any of the state park campground amenities.”
