“Such a wonderful stay! We loved everything about it. The Sap Bush Hollow Cafe is amazing--unlike a lot of restaurants that call themselves farm-to-table, this one is actually the real deal. Great ingredients, and such a warm family atmosphere. The hosts are such inspiring people (buy Shannon's books, they are incredible and inspiring!). Our family had such a fun camping trip here, in such a fun area with all of the hiking, etc. I wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you Bob and Shannon!!”

“Absolutely LOVED our stay here! We went in early October and there was a bit of a cold snap but the in-tent wood stove did an amazing job at regulating the temperature so we still had a lovely time. Bob greeted us at the farm store and brought us up to the site and he was an absolute delight to talk to. The upper pasture where the site is was quite remote and so picturesque with the fall foliage and had a gorgeous night sky view.
I cannot recommend this site more, the hosts put together a little binder of local sites and restaurants so it was incredibly easy to find things to entertain us while we were there. We also did the farm tour and learned a lot about sustainable farming and got to say hi to some of the farm's residents.
Definitely will be revisiting this site!”
