Our family THOROUGHLY enjoyed our stay here! The field the site is set up in is beautiful- and our four wild ones had plenty of space to run around and roam! It was in good shape when we arrived- and the camp keepers were very friendly and even let our kids pet the farm animals! They offered water and made sure to let them know if we needed anything. I was concerned about the tick situation based on other peoples reviews- but there were no more than to be expected camping in the woods, in New England, in the warm weather. I mean- you ARE outside in the woods. Do normal checks you should do anyway, and you’ll be fine ;) The river is about a 8 minute or so walk through a trail in the woods- so if you’re looking for super easy water access, this may not be the site for you. But, the site is only 10 minutes away from other swimming points like Echo Lake, Diana’s Baths, and multiple public entrances to the Saco. It’s also only 10 minutes to the other amenities and attractions North Conway has to offer! We loved our stay and will absolutely be back again!

Great area. Location is amazing! A bit over priced as the air mattresses deflated fairly quickly and the tent zipper didn’t work. Lots of bugs got in and ticks. TICKS everywhere. Just be aware.

The host was nice enough. Just not at all what we expected! No real access to the river as suggested either

This was a nice stay. If you like the Sacco River this is a great location. You’re a short private path away from a sandy/rocky turn of the river but away from the fray of the other major camping sites. I’m a single dad and had 3 kids with me and it fit us perfectly, it would also work great for a typical family of 4. The camp is so far off the road, secluded and situated near a vast field so you feel like you have the whole white mountains to yourself.

Serene site with gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets. We used this as layover between dog shows in nearby Maine and it worked out beautifully!
