“We had a perfect weekend at Don and Nancy's site. The "extras" they included really made a difference: an outhouse, two extra tables, extra chairs, a beautiful fire pit with a lovely metal surround, and homemade chocolate chip cookies. Location is really good--close to road access but very private and tucked into a grove of trees. Parking is right next to the tent. Lots of lovely birds to watch and listen to, and we even used the driveway in to set up a horse shoes game. DO NOT miss a visit to nearby Hawk Mountain!”
“The campsite is private and we had a good time. My dogs enjoyed it. Dan came down and had a chat with us and that was nice. He left us a bunch of firewood as well. Who doesn't like a good fire?”
“Dan and Nancy were wonderful hosts and escorted us to the campsite upon our arrival, greeting us with freshly baked cookies. The campsite was stocked with all the amenities you could need for a weekend in the woods - firewood and fire starters, solar shower, outhouse, lantern and flashlight, kitchenware for cooking over the fire, and even a heater for warming the tent. The campsite looks exactly as shown in the photos, with a woods to explore on one side and wide open farmlands to explore on the other. We were able to watch a stunning sunset from the open field adjacent to the site. Would highly recommend this Tentrr!!”
“Nancy and Dan were wonderful camp keepers- they were very welcoming, and we loved the cookies! The site is beautiful and peaceful! Everything is as described. Not too far off the main road and nearby places to purchase things you might have forgotten. My preschooler and I had an incredible day hiking around the property, making campfire hotdogs and s’mores, and telling ghost stories. Perfect venue for our first camping adventure!”
