“Beautiful location and we definitely knew what we were getting into and that it would be rustic. The tent itself is very weathered, small holes and mildew on the outside. For a one night stop it was fine..I think we’d have enjoyed it more if the weather had been better… had rained recently so a bit wet. The views of the lake were lovely.”
Hey there, thanks for your feedback here. Without honest reviews like yours, we wouldn't know where to improve. We are very sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal stay at one of our campsites. Since your review, we've gotten in touch with the host at this particular site and addressed some of your concerns. They are aware of them and moving forward with future bookings, will be more mindful of the items you mentioned.

“Perfect family get-away for a couple of days. Secluded but close to town so you are not completely off the grid. The beds were more comfortable than sleeping on the floor. Loved making coffee and breakfast for the family on the grill over the fire pit. Lori was available for all of my questions. Would definitely come back for another weekend.”
