Tentrr is your private camping experience. We connect adventurers like you with private landowners who want to share their land so you can experience new places.
“I would not stay here if there are more than two people who want to sleep in the same bed. The surrounding area is all very rocky and there is no place to set up another tent. The campsite doesn't get much sunlight and there are no views. I would hope that for $165/night, you would get more.”
“This was such a great place to stay! Bradley was on site if we needed anything and extremely helpful for any recommendations! 100% plan on coming back this fall.”
“It was very nice, but the bed was not comfortable. Also the camp area had many stumps and roots and rocks sticking up which make for many trip hazards. There should have been chairs by the firepit and the solar lights didn't work. It was not exactly "glamping" but it was very nice. The campsite could have been raked out and made to look more attractive. Also, there should be a proper turnaround area for vehicles.”
“Love that you can relax and grab a beer first at the brewery and then take a short drive down the hill to park near the Tentrr campsite. Very secluded and safe and had pretty much everything we needed for sleeping and cooking. There are a bunch of solar powered lights set up but a lot of them weren't working so that was the only minor issue. But nothing a good campfire and headlamp can't fix.”
“Before the trip began I had some questions, our camp host Bryan was very quick to respond. The day we were to arrive heavy rain was scheduled, our thoughtful host put the extra tent up for us, saying nothing is worse than trying to put a tent up in the rain, how thoughtful he is!
he was there for our every need, yet left us alone to enjoy our weekend. He had great recommendations for places to visit, and on our final day the brewery had a cook out with live music, witch may have been my favorite event of the weekend, food was delicious.
you definitely can not go wrong with this site, location, location location, friendly host, scenic, and clean. I give him 11 stars out of 10.”
“Site was small and on a hill. Using a tent for the kids was difficult as there were no flat spots or any spots free of rocks. The camp loo and shower were also on a hill so the curtains gave no privacy at all. The location of the shower and loo could have been a bit more removed from the center of camp. If you are sitting around the fire you have a front row seat to others activities. If it were just my wife and I it would have been fine but with a family it was not great. Our first Tentrr glamping and maybe our last. Hotel would have been cheaper and maybe a better option given the facilities. As far as the good points, the site is remote and private. Having a 4x4 made getting in and out of the site possible at our convenience. Location was perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes. Beer was good too!”
