The Coleman Instant Up 10P Gold Series Tent is your instant camping solution when accommodating up to 10 people. The beauty is in the 3 minute setup time where the secret lies in the tent never coming off the telescopic poles so you can enjoy spending more time enjoying the outdoors with friends or family instead of spending valuable time trying to figure out how to set up the most integral part of your campsite - your tent! The Gold series of tents from Coleman is a step up in quality without the weight and extra cost of a canvas tent. The materials selected include the fly being a polyester rip-stop that is rated to 3000mm water head rating. The wonderful advantage in using rip-stop prevents any puncture you may receive from tearing and is designed to last. Localising to a very small area makes repairs easy should it be required. The stitching is seam-sealed meaning that rain has trouble getting through! Large doors and windows are used throughout allowing for great ventilation and having a separate protective mesh screen so you can sleep insect free in the warmer months! This tent has an internal privacy wall included and incorporates a D-Door that divides the living space in half creating two separate rooms. Both rooms have their own external access thanks to the 4 entry points. For a large tent, transportation is also made easy as it packs down into its handy carry bag that will fit in the boot of your car or storing away! Now with 5 awning poles included, you can pull up a chair under any of the awnings. The awning on the Coleman Instant Up 10P Gold Series Tent is purpose built to provide ample shade. The design, however, isn't ideal for inclement weather, so when the weather turns south, we do recommend dropping the awning where possible. To maximise your time in the outdoors and trouble free camping, get ready to move into your home away from home. These Gold Instant Ups also come with Coleman's Hook and Loop system, allowing the awning to connect to the Coleman Deluxe Gazebo 3x3m .

“Excellent tent, so far, from the family camping trip aspect. Nothing bad about it. Used it in rain and windy conditions, found always best. My friends bought wanderer 10 men instant tent, this one is far superior than theirs. Only thing one should be careful of, it is not for 10 people. Max 6. Coleman may demonstrate sleeps 10 in a YouTube video, but practically no.”

“We bought this as a light getaway for short weekend camping trips. We bought it just over 2 years ago. All in all we’ve used it about 4-5 times. Be warned that where a 10p tent sounds large it’s tiny for a family of 5. The tent pegs that accompany the kit are far too light to secure the tent at all. We regularly go to the beach and the winds frequently pull the pegs from the ground. I replaced these with heavier metal pegs for the base and sand pegs for the fly. Erecting the tent is pretty quick compared to our other 12p canvas cabin tent. Make sure you Velcro the fly to the internal structure as this gives the tent surprising strength in stronger winds. We were pleasantly surprised how this tent performed. Whilst the tent is very light, it has coped well under all conditions until this weekend. My wife called me from her weekend away to say that on set up one of the poles snapped. Whilst I can’t tell you what exactly happened nor what damage was done since I wasn’t there, I can tell you how Tentworld reacted when I emailed them. We are just 2 months out of our warranty but Tentworld replied within 12 hours of my email, stating that whilst they recognised our warranty had recently lapsed they were more than happy to contact Coleman and see if we could find some other solution. I am surprised that one of the poles should break but equally as pleased with Tentworld for their open ended, can do response. Hopefully I’ll be able to fix this break myself and we can continue to use the tent and enjoy these weekends away, if not, I feel confident that Tentworld are going to stand by their products and support me in finding a solution somehow. I suppose, in the end, this is more a review of Tentworld than it is of the Coleman Gold Series 10p tent. I have been shopping on Tentworld this last 2 years or more and will continue to do so with even greater confidence.”

“I bought the Coleman 10p gold dark room in fact I bought 2 they are brilliant easy to erect and live up to they’re name. However I developed a tear in the roof of the actual tent under no abnormal stress, has been erected correctly rang TENTWORLD they said as it is not the seam torn there is no warranty obviously Coleman warranty their workmanship but not their materials. Poor show I think all round.”

“Love love love this tent. We have only used it once so far but it is awesome. We had crazy as winds and had no issues, just put down the awning. Also light rain and no issues. We have a family of 5, only small kids but we all sleep on side and table and chairs set up on the other side. The awning on the front is big enough to put camp kitchen comfortable.”
